Tonight's call,
I'm really aware of the temperature of what's happening on the planet right now,
And I'm aware that there's a lot of trauma up for people,
And especially if you're a sensitive person,
It's really challenging to not run a trauma through your system and have your own personal traumas activated on a subconscious level,
Which initially are subconscious,
But then they come to the surface.
And so this type of call,
It doesn't really,
I'm not here to answer the question,
Why is all of this happening or how do we fix this problem or how do we make it stop?
I'm here to hold the healing process,
And we move in stages through healing.
Sometimes there's initial impact,
And then we move through a stage of chaos,
And then we can move through a stage of healing,
And eventually we can move further into healing or into a state of what I call contemplative being or really living with more awareness and tools.
Right now,
We're somewhere between chaos and healing,
Probably more like chaos this week,
Depending on where you are in the world listening to this.
And my intention is really just to hold the evolution of our spirit moving forward.
I realize there's a lot of shadow on this earth right now,
And it's coming to the surface,
And there's also a dawn that's rising.
And so I'm here to support you in allowing the dawn to continue to rise,
Your consciousness to continue to expand,
Your healing to continue,
Your clearing and your releasing so that your spirit can step more powerfully into your body and into this life.
And that we're here no matter how long you've been on this planet,
That we are here to evolve our consciousness,
To heal,
And to live more embodied with our light in our body.
And that process has a lot to do with unblocking the power centers of our system,
Specifically the lower chakras.
So I'm going to take us through a guided healing,
Really considering all that's happening and all that is all that's on the surface and all that's underneath the surface,
And also considering the world,
The state of the world,
And our own and how that affects us in our own individual bodies.
So I am going to turn my camera off,
And you are welcome to either do the same,
Or you can just sit back or however you want to be comfortable,
But just take some deep breaths and allow yourself to settle into your seat.
And we'll begin with allowing your breath to encompass your entire energy field,
So your entire auric field,
All the way around your body.
So it's as if you're breathing,
Not just through your lungs,
But you're dropping your breath down into your belly,
Expanding your inhales,
Expanding your body with your inhales,
Letting it come all the way down to the pelvic floor,
And allowing your breath to then,
On your inhales,
Include the outside of your physical body.
So it's almost as if your auric field breathes.
And your auric field is the energy that exists about 12 to 18 inches outside your physical body.
And that in the energetic anatomy,
We have our physical body,
We have the power centers within the body,
But that's not where our energy ends.
Our energy actually extends beyond our skin into this auric field around us.
And oftentimes we can pick up what's in the collective,
We can vibrate with and from what's occurring in the field,
In the heart field or in the fear field.
We can feel it.
It gets in on the subtle level.
So it's important to expand the breath to tell yourself and your energy that all of you,
Your whole energetic system is engaged in this process.
The front side of you,
The back side of you,
All the way around you.
Good.
And then we'll invite here,
As you're breathing,
That the energy that's forward in the front half of your body,
Which is where we often live in the world,
We have to be in doing mode quite a bit,
That we're going to shift our awareness from thinking and forward thinking and doing and tasks and problem solving,
All the frontal lobe of the brain and the front of the body.
We're going to lean back into being in the back body.
So just imagine you're just shifting your energy from the front of your body into your back body.
And as you shift your energy into your back body,
I'd like you to imagine here that you have this beautiful waterfall of light.
And it's as if you're about to lean back into that waterfall of light and let it wash off the back side of your body over the top of your head,
And letting it come over to the front of your body,
As if you're really inside this beautiful waterfall of light.
Take a few deep breaths here.
And as your energy is detoxing and clearing,
It's a letting go that happens.
As you're letting go,
We're going to let your body let go a little more into your lower body.
So you'll start to feel your energy descend down into your sit bone and your tailbone and the pelvic floor.
And then imagine that you're,
That there are these red carpets that are rolling out through the center of your legs,
Just more metaphoric for your energy prana.
Prana is life force energy,
That your prana is coming down your legs.
Take some deep breaths there.
Good.
And then from around the pelvic bowl,
There is the top of your grounding cord,
Which is either depicted as a beam of light or a tree trunk image,
But it's wider than a tail.
It's wider than a thin cord.
You can just imagine it,
This wide pillar of light or tree trunk that is snug around the base of your spine,
The sides of your hips,
And the front of your low belly and pubic bone.
And I'm going to let your energy come down more into your body.
So it's as if the lower half is descending down,
But there's a rise from the base of your spine upwards.
You're growing tall,
But the lower energy is descending down.
From there,
Your grounding cord extends into the earth.
And this is where you can release energy through your exhales in this call tonight.
If you take deep inhales into what we're addressing and clearing,
As you can exhale,
When you exhale,
You can release energy down through your grounding cord.
We call for a beautiful sphere of God's grace around each of us individually that we may be held in a state of healing and that as this light surrounds us,
May it glow,
May it shine in the direction of what we need to see to heal and release.
And may it also shine in the direction of what we need to illuminate from within us,
The truth of our own being,
Our own true light.
I pray that our angels and guides surround us,
That they hold this space as a sacred container of love and healing,
That they guide us and that they work with us on behalf of our life here on earth,
Of our consciousness rising,
Of our collective efforts in healing the planet one by one by healing what we're carrying and may not need to carry forward.
I pray here that my connection is open to God and that I receive the light through my crown to my third eye,
Throat,
Heart,
It continues down into the earth.
I pray that it's protected with pure love and that this healing is conducted in the highest good of each of us here.
Silently to yourself or out loud,
You can accept this healing.
I see our guides around us.
The first place of healing here that they're showing me is this,
Yeah,
For lack of a better way of saying it,
It's a collective shadow.
It's the trauma of the world.
It's the,
Yeah,
It's a shadow.
So we're going to ask for light to come through and we're going to start to clear here as the angels surround us collectively.
I pray that we open up a pipeline,
Pathway to the light for all beings who may be lost,
Who may need direction,
For all energy that is not in the highest or energy that is pain.
I pray that this pathway open and that our angels collectively and that we also direct this energy up that pathway.
Together take some deep breaths.
If there's anywhere in your life,
You're just feeling extra energy,
Energy that isn't yours,
Energy you might be vibing on,
Feeling you've picked up in your aura,
Energy that needs help,
That needs to be elevated to the light,
Otherwise it stays in low frequency.
Take some deep breaths here.
We're going to guide this energy as a big collective.
We're going to guide this energy up,
Up the pathway into the light where it can be transformed.
It can be absorbed and absolved.
Take three deep breaths right here.
Good.
Now the guides are saying the collective pain that you are experiencing here is a surfacing.
It is a flood.
It is an emerging.
It is an earth element that is upset,
A very upset earth element.
And this earth element is rising up to encourage you individually to create more connection here to the earth element within you.
We are going to begin here with releasing the anxiety,
The deep low lying fear and anxiety held in the root chakra of the body.
The root chakra is at the tailbone of your system.
It's typically a ruby red power center.
And guides are saying as you breathe here into your root chakra,
There is a release down your grounding cord.
There is an invitation to release the fear of expanding,
The fear of going past what is familiar,
The fear of crossing a threshold in your life.
Your spirit bodies are being activated because there is an intuitive gift,
Because there is a sensitivity that is real.
And the progression of peace on this earth isn't going to happen by pushing away the sensitivity or ignoring it or covering it up.
It's going to occur by turning to it and allowing the sensitivity to be felt,
To trust it,
To know it,
To hear it,
To feel it.
We're inviting you here on the root chakra level of your body to release this collective fear of something other than the box.
The box you were meant to grow up in,
The box you were meant to align in.
You're allowing old patriarchal energy here to release.
We're allowing old absorbed male energy,
Masculine energy,
Whether you're male or female,
The dominance of the masculine over the feminine in each individual body,
How much the masculine within you suppresses the feminine within you.
The do-do-doer inside that overrides the be-be-being.
We invite you to breathe here.
Let your root chakra unwind.
Let the root chakra unwind and release old bonding,
Old energy,
Old fear.
Release the yelling,
The screaming,
The silence.
Release the fear of abandonment.
The fear of loss.
The unworthiness.
Take some deep breaths as this energy is unwinding from your root chakra.
Take some deep breaths here.
As a presence,
An angel invites you to lean back and sit on the angel's lap as if the angel itself were positioning as a chair.
And you were able to sit into,
Lean into this level of divine support to allow your nervous system to unwind.
Let go of the fear.
Let go of the trauma.
Going to bring you safety.
Where you may feel you have lost yourself,
You have gone out of yourself,
You may have given too much of yourself away.
We're gathering you back,
Bringing you back into your body from all directions.
We are beginning the process of building more inner security.
More than anything,
That is what is needed here.
Inner security.
To trust yourself,
To trust your intuition and the biological rhythms of your own body and of the Earth.
We're inviting the pulse of the Earth to start to move through you,
To ground,
To strengthen your grounding.
We are repairing with you,
We are supporting you in repairing your grounding cord,
Your pipeline to the Earth connection.
And wherever you have felt severed from trusting this planet,
Trusting that the Earth can hold you up,
Trusting that you are here and you belong here and you are here on purpose.
We are inviting the strength of your human spirit to put your feet down powerfully in your body and that your human spirit gains power and strength through your grounding cord from the Earth.
Take some deep breaths.
As your nervous system unwinds and there is a feeling of safety,
Inner security.
As if the pipelines,
As if the meridians,
The pathways of energy that may have felt ruptured throughout time are being repaired.
Spirit is inviting you to quiet the noise,
The noise in your mind,
The noise you carry in your body,
The have to's,
Should's,
Supposed to's,
Expectations,
Whatever keeps the ego going and also moving further away from spirit.
We invite you to come back into listening to your being,
Into listening to your soul.
Your soul has the capacity and power to wash over you,
To heal your body and to silence the noise.
We allow your adrenals to relax,
Your nervous system,
Your brain.
May this light wash over you and deep within the sweet essence of your soul,
There is an illuminance of healing,
Of repatterning,
Of deep relaxation.
We invite your soul to step in,
To have more presence in your body,
To illuminate its glow.
And we invite your soul to start working through your consciousness,
To communicate to you through your heart and through your intuitive sense more powerful choices.
Where are you going dark on yourself?
Where are you turning out the lights?
Where are you contracting,
Shrinking,
Going dim,
Being small,
Small minded,
Narrow,
Judgmental,
Critical of self,
Of others but of self.
We invite your spirit in this moment,
The light illuminating in your body,
To move into those lonely and isolated places inside your body,
Your space,
Your interior.
Those are the unhappy places,
The places that speak,
The wounds in the body speak.
It can be loud.
But this soul expansion in your body is moving into those spaces,
Making some more powerful choices,
Shifting from I can't to I can,
Shifting from no to yes,
Shifting from I don't know to I do know.
The light expanding in your body is healing these pockets.
Deep breaths,
Allowing your belly to release.
Thank you.
Be where you are.
Be where you come from.
The soul came into a body,
Your soul came into a body in this life.
And that body had to conform on some level to survive and to grow and to learn and to find your way.
And it comes to a point where the soul can start making some soul choices.
Choices on whether you want to be here stepped in,
Powerfully and engaged in your body and illuminate or whether you want to sit in the backseat of the body,
Outside the body a little bit wondering why things keep happening or the wrong things keep happening.
At this time the invitation stands for you to make a powerful choice to step in and embrace the illuminance in your body,
To turn on the central pillar in your body,
To live with engagement,
Engagement with divine energy,
Vibration,
Expansion.
And that all this doing that needs to get done changes,
Changes course depending on whether you're stepped in or stepped out.
Sometimes the answers to the biggest questions that are of the mind get absolved and resolved when you step in.
As if those questions weren't actually deep enough for where your soul really wants to vibrate,
Really wants to align.
So we'll invite you here to step into your body.
Take a big step forward into yourself and allow your soul to fill out through your head,
Throat,
Heart,
Core,
Pelvis,
Root,
That the pillar of light in your body that runs from the crown of your head to your tailbone is strong,
You are spiritually intact.
And if you worry a lot about this world,
Shift your worry to prayer and get to know your intuition.
Get connected to your intuitive voice,
To the truth,
To the heart.
Because what you may find is that you are called to step in more powerfully in your life in all your relationship dynamics and where you are in your world right now.
It's the difference between living in the power of the vibrancy in your body and living disempowered.
And if you step in and you live empowered and connected to yourself,
Will other people be threatened?
What if they're not?
And what if that's okay?
What if you stepping in,
Expanding in your light helps everybody?
Raises everybody around you.
Cells communicate with cells,
Whether it's in your body or someone else's body.
The cells talk to each other.
As you raise your vibration,
Raise someone else's.
Give them some love.
Give them approval.
Give them encouragement they never got or didn't get enough of.
Raise people up as you raise up.
The world's had enough of being taken down.
It's time to raise up.
It's time to know that vibration is real.
That cultivating your inner light is just as real as taking a shower and cleaning your body.
Raising your inner energy by cultivating your light is just as important as eating your breakfast.
You're in a new era.
There is now space held for the consciousness to rise.
It's easier now than it was before.
There's permission.
There's actually a call to.
So as you're being called to live in more of a vibratory field of essence,
As you are called to live from your heart,
To not give away yourself to a point of drain,
But to activate the backside of your heart to allow spirit,
The shower of light to flow into the back of your heart and nourish you.
Give you strength and that you're willing to receive,
Willing to receive,
Willing to receive,
Willing to receive spirit,
Abundance,
Love,
Willing to take it in to the cells of your body,
The vessel of your being.
Time to let your cup overflow with this vibratory essence that's moving through your system right now.
It's transforming your cells,
Clearing your energy,
Filling up the holes,
The vacancies.
And what about the people in your life?
What do you pray for them to?
Whatever you get to have,
They get to have to.
Why does it have to be polarized?
It doesn't.
Why does there have to be worry or fear?
If I grow past this person in my life,
We won't stay connected.
What if that didn't have to be?
What if everyone gets to grow?
Inviting the light to illuminate here.
And as you expand the people in your lives also receive healing.
What about the people who have lost their lives,
Lost their homes,
Lost their jobs,
Lost their belongings,
Lost their sentimental belongings that have value?
Let's raise them up to.
Let's thank the souls who have lived this life and left too soon,
But left us with power,
Left us with work to do,
Left us with more consciousness around the choices that we have to make as people.
You are people here on this planet.
Every soul touches another soul.
If a soul has a global impact in their death,
Then wow,
That is a powerful soul.
That soul gave you a powerful gift.
That soul's consciousness was big enough to touch the lives of many and even propel change.
Let us thank them for their life,
Their service.
Let us raise up the people on this planet who are in the floodwaters,
Have been through the floodwaters,
Who have been through storms,
Fires,
Tragedy.
We send you love to all corners of this earth.
May you rise.
May you lift out of what has been washed clean,
Purified,
Let go of,
Taken away too soon.
May you be honored as your spirit stands tall and strong and continues.
May you rise and see the dawn,
The light on the horizon getting brighter,
Bigger as the sun comes higher in the sky.
May that dawn infuse you with power and presence and stamina.
