Cosmic Greenhouse To Flourish

Meditation Our focus in this meditation is to remember our choice to be here in our physical bodies and to flourish.

We'll be using a structure I call the Cosmic Greenhouse to provide us with the optimal growing conditions to flourish.

Imagine you're in this greenhouse now.

The geometric space around you,

About 10 feet in diameter,

Filled with green and gold light.

The faces are transparent,

And the edges are a crystalline gold.

Our Cosmic Greenhouse is coherent with the larger universal structures and the energy of Source.

It supports us in clearing all resistance to living our divine purpose.

As it recalibrates our cells and consciousness to be coherent with the new Earth and the divine plan.

So close your eyes and take a deep,

Deep breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Relax your body.

Begin to quiet your mind.

Continuing to breathe at your own pace,

Deep,

Deep breaths in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

And as you're breathing,

Begin to sense a sphere of light around your physical body that is your sacred space,

About four feet out from your body.

Just sensing this membrane around you,

Above you,

Below you,

And to either side,

In front of you and behind you.

And then imagining this larger structure,

Which is our Cosmic Greenhouse.

Filled with a green and gold light of divine physical energy.

That will heal and support and sustain our physical bodies.

Take another deep,

Deep breath and exhale.

Bring your attention to your physical body.

And notice any sensations or thoughts or feelings that are distracting you.

And with your next exhale,

Intend to blow these out of your physical body and simply release these distracting energies.

Take another deep breath.

And again,

With the exhale,

Releasing any distractions or misaligned thoughts or feelings or sensations out of your physical body now.

Noticing now the space around your physical body,

In that sacred sphere and in the larger space,

Like little dust particles,

Stories or people that are distracting you now.

Take another deep,

Deep breath and as you exhale,

Intend to blow these out of your sacred space and out of this greenhouse.

Another deep breath and clearing and releasing all this energy.

Bringing your attention back to your heart.

Begin to sense in your upper chest behind your heart,

A ball of white and gold light.

Sensing this as your higher consciousness,

Your original essence,

Your true self.

And in this deep heart space,

Feel your desire to flourish.

Feel your deep desire to be here on this earth now,

In a healthy,

Strong body.

Activate your choice to come here now,

To live as a human,

To awaken to your divine nature,

To live out the purpose and path that you decided and chose before this incarnation.

And notice any thoughts or resistance arising with this invitation.

Some people feel angry at themselves for choosing to come here now,

Or angry at the system or other people.

Choose now to let go of that anger from every cell of your physical body.

Let go of any anger at your body or disgust at what it's like to be in this physical human organism.

Ask and intend to let go completely of these thoughts and feelings.

Take a deep,

Deep breath and exhale and imagine little particles leaving your physical body of these old beliefs and emotions.

You begin to imagine a beam of bright gold light shining down on you,

Like the sun coming in through the top of your head and all around you,

Standing now in this beam of light,

Helping to dissolve all resistance,

Frustration,

Confusion that get in the way of your experience of thriving.

Notice any other feelings coming up,

Any feelings of being betrayed or misled,

Any anger at Creator.

Any sadness about being here on Earth and seeing how out of balance life is for most humans on this Earth and for Earth herself for so long.

And choosing now to let go of all those feelings and beliefs that keep you from flourishing.

Take a deep,

Deep breath and exhale and again letting go of these little particles of energy from your physical body,

Your physical space and allowing them to dissolve as you let more and more of this warm,

Soothing support of light.

This light that can transmute all misaligned energy in your body into that which is life-giving.

Allow this to flow into your head,

Down your neck and throat.

It touches all your organs of perception in your head,

Allowing you to see more as our Divine Creator sees the new Earth that is being created through our presence here.

Our eyes,

Our ears,

Our nose,

Our taste,

Our speaking,

Our listening,

Our seeing,

All through the eyes of Creator in us.

This light now flowing again down our neck and throat and across our shoulders and down our arms and into our fingertips that we might create with this pure source energy,

This new world,

Through our touch,

Our writing,

Our cooking,

Our gardening,

Our work.

Creating aligned with this galaxy and universe and the Divine Plan.

Today,

Recalibrating,

Restoring our physical body,

Which then penetrates out into the world,

To other people,

Animals,

Plants,

All expressions of Source coming through our human instrument.

Allow this light to fill your whole upper chest.

And there,

Release any sense of any weight of feeling this is a tremendous responsibility.

Just dissolving that from your upper chest with this beautiful light coming in.

And now,

Opening your ears or your being to sense you are not alone in this creation.

Pink and gold light wrapping around your whole upper chest,

Bringing in an energy of Divine Mother.

And hearing perhaps the presence,

Voices of angels and your spirit family.

Again,

Dissolving any weight of feeling this as a burden.

This is your birthright and your intention in being here,

Your purpose.

We can live and create and enjoy in harmony as we remember our oneness with those non-physical forms of spirit here with us.

Allow yourself to deepen a sense of those beings with you.

As this light continues filling your upper chest and flowing into your lower abdomen,

Lower back,

This beautiful gold light of the Sun.

Coming through the Sun,

Feeling like the Sun,

But originating the center of this galaxy.

And allowing it to flow down your legs and into your feet and feeling your feet firmly planted on this earth.

And take another deep,

Deep breath and exhale.

And sensing again those other beings with you and that larger structure,

This greenhouse.

Which is allowing us to recalibrate our physical form.

Know that you can return to this structure and hold this intention to flourish.

And live out your divine purpose,

Feeling supported,

Nourished and guided at all times.

And so it is.
