“I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new” This affirmation is designed to be experienced with your eyes open or closed, to practice it in day-to-day life. Repeat this track over and over, the more you remind yourself the more you convince yourself. After a one-minute deepening, repeat the affirmation. Then allow the song, written together with the IT community during my lives, to record the message deeper inside.

Take a deep breath,

Breathe in deeply and out.

As you breathe out,

You place your mind inside your hands.

Release all the muscles inside your hands.

Try to find the sensations of tingling,

Fullness and warmth.

Breathe in deeply,

As deep as you can.

Breathe out very slowly and fall deeply inside your hands.

Aim to find that feeling as if they were immersed in a thick,

Warm liquid.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out.

And now we're going to start repeating an affirmation a few times.

And you can either sing the song if you know it or keep repeating this affirmation.

Take one more breath and begin.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

I am building up the courage to let go and embrace the new.

Void is staring right back at me as I take the first step into the unknown.

Willing to be guided because I don't know what to do between the likes of me and you.

And so I breathe slow and deep,

Longing for the first brush stroke to begin.

And the calls I see leap out of me.

I don't want you to define me for what I have been.

Do we want us to fall down again in the big deep?

We can't let the past define us but what can we be?

What can we be?

Can we paint this white blank canvas and rewrite history?

Whispering colors of the old bristles true or the feelings hung tight to memories.

The structure is shaking,

The shackles are loose,

Calling for something or someone new.

And now I breathe,

Seeking peace,

With the hues that are streaming into tapestries.

As I close my eyes I'm ready to release.

I don't want you to define me for what I have been.

Do we want us to fall down again in the big deep?

We can't let the past define us but what can we be?

Can we paint this white blank canvas and rewrite history?

I don't want you to define me for what I have been.

Do we want us to fall down again in the big deep?

We can't let the past define us but what can we be?

Can we paint this white blank canvas and rewrite history?

I don't want you to define me for what I have been.

Do we want us to fall down again in the big deep?

We can't let the past define us but what can we be?

Can we paint this white blank canvas and rewrite history?

And rewrite history.
