Sit comfortably.

Put your feet on the floor.

Rest your hands on your thighs.

Make sure your waist is not constricted by tight buttons or belts.

Inhale deeply.

Fill your abdomen and your chest with air.

While you breathe out,

Feel your whole body relax.

Your muscles release,

Extend.

Every time you breathe out,

Feel the support of your seat.

Breathe deeply.

Feel the air go through your nose.

You're able to relax even deeper.

Once again,

Breathe in deeply.

While you breathe out,

You feel a sense of relaxation rising through your body.

A gentle wave of comfort travels from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Put your attention on the tranquility growing in you.

You see a blue button and a red button.

You hear a warm voice speaking to you through a speaker.

If you press the blue button,

You will gain access to inner-y and you will begin a journey where you will face many parts of yourself,

Some you will like,

Some you may not as much.

This journey will help you transform into the person you want to be.

If you press the red button,

You will go back to your normal,

Usual life.

What will you choose?

What will it be?

As you click the blue button,

The door opens and the warm voice invites you to enter,

Calling you by name.

You peek beyond the threshold.

You see a multitude of geometrical shapes moving through space,

Dancing with multicoloured rays of light,

A smooth vortex.

You feel attracted to it as if pulled by a magnet.

You step in.

Your body is relaxed and the muscles in your hands and feet release any tension.

And you feel the energy flow freely in your body.

As you carry on,

The light is gradually becoming orange.

Your emotions are calm and you feel an inner atmosphere of deep peace.

As you continue on,

The light becomes golden.

Your thoughts are calm.

Slowly,

Your level of relaxation increases.

Now,

Around you,

The golden light becomes green.

You are growing into a deep state of calm.

You feel comfortable.

You are infused by a feeling of confidence.

Now,

The colour turns blue.

Your muscles relax and release deeply.

Then,

Indigo.

The relaxation is even deeper.

You feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Now,

The colour becomes purple.

Your body sensations are as if sleeping.

Your mind is sharp and awake.

Now,

The colour turns white.

The geometric shapes merge into one image,

The flower of life,

A round shape made of many geometrical flowers.

Suddenly,

It opens in a spiral movement,

Leaving the passage free.

You are now on a bridge which connects you to a giant floating island.

While you cross it,

You admire a towering profile of quartz crystals shielding a vast territory of valleys imposing mountains.

Looking through the transparent barrier,

You see a clearing covered by a mysterious fluorescent substance.

You reach the crystal wall and admire its pristine beauty.

As you lightly touch the smooth and cold surface,

It lights up and you hear a sound made of the purest frequencies.

It seems to activate all the crystals.

At the centre of the clearing,

You see a column of intense light that spirals upward.

You can see small magnetic vortexes.

Sparkling dust like stars reflect in extraordinary displays of light rays.

The sky lights up.

From the eastern horizon,

The bright waves and the dust gather together and weave a huge spaceship on which you can see a great castle.

You observe,

Let your mind imagine and build the scenery.

You try to find an opening to go through the barrier,

To get closer to the spaceship,

But you cannot see an entrance.

You start walking.

You try to find a door or a gate,

But you cannot seem to find it.

Far away,

You see a small figure walking in your direction.

As he gets closer,

You recognise someone who has always helped you.

You can see a smile brightening his or her face.

Let your mind decide who this person is.

Now,

The person beckons to follow.

Together,

You cross courtyards and porches,

Small alleys,

Colourful gardens with marble fountains.

As you keep following the barrier,

You arrive at a huge pillar.

You can see two statues towering behind it.

Between the statues,

Finally,

There is a passage.

You try to go through,

But an invisible force stops you from entering.

One of the two great statues seems to be holding a stone parchment in its hands.

Instinctively,

You place your attention on it and you realise that as you focus your eyes,

Words start to form.

Sentences in your language appear engraved in the smooth stone and you see they start to fade as you move your gaze.

You strive to maintain the focus and finally read.

Rules of the inner galactic regions.

To reach for the inner depth and reveal the unknown so that what we do and learn will benefit all beings.

The person tells you that to enter the inner galactic station where the imagination ship is moored,

You place your foot on the first step and you notice that,

Although it seems to be of an unknown material,

It is solid.

You start climbing the stairs.

You feel that the air is slightly thinner and more rarefied.

You finally reach the entrance and beyond the door threshold,

You catch a glimpse of a great hall,

Made of a very peculiar architecture,

With floors and stairs intertwining effortlessly through space.

You start walking and you walk up and down the stairs,

Under and over the steps.

You realize that the gravity is working in a very different way.

You can step in every possible direction without any effort.

Up,

Down,

Behind and in front become relative to your position.

Now you can experiment with this complete freedom of movement and the new sensations it gives you.

There are many doors that attract your attention.

You notice that every door has an empty plaque,

But if you stare and focus on it,

You see a name appearing,

Describing where the door will lead you.

You have some fun gazing here and there and reading where some of these doors lead to.

The amphitheatre of the five seasons,

The memory records.

You see a peculiar multi-dimensional triangular door with three handles,

One on the right,

One on the left,

One on the bottom,

Where you read the labyrinth of time,

Lodge of paradox,

The transport platform hall,

The archive of the strange things,

The balance gardens,

The theatre of human comedies.

You hear a light sound.

You see a transparent oval capsule land in front of you.

The door open.

You enter and the capsule starts moving upwards and after a few seconds the door opens and you enter the control room.

You walk over a suspended mezzanine that leads you to the bridge of the spaceship.

You see the controls of the ship.

A robot sits at the command chair.

You are very surprised to see that it looks exactly like you.

You are in the middle of a huge glass dome covered by a set of dark panels.

In the middle of the bridge you see a large golden compass rotating in all directions.

You hand to the robot the laminate that the sage gave you at the beginning of the journey,

Which feels distant now,

Like so much time has passed.

So much has happened.

The robot uses the laminate to touch a reader on the commands panel.

Gently the imagination ship takes off.

Now I'll count to ten.

When I say eight you will open your eyes.
