Take a deep breath in.
If you feel a call to exhale through your mouth and let it all out,
Let's do three cleansing breaths.
So the next inhale,
I want you to set the intention to call back all of your energy wherever you left it.
And exhale and releasing all the energy not serving you,
Not yours,
And make room for more of your own energy in your own center.
And one last one where you get to breathe in of your own life's vitality.
And you might even hold it at the top of your breath where you get to show your gratitude for your next exhale because it's never guaranteed.
And as you exhale,
You allow the release of everything again,
Not serving you,
Not yours,
Or even lessons that you've worked through.
And then return to your regular breathing.
Right away,
We're being brought to the forest,
The magical forest,
One that you might be able to imagine like Alice Wonderland kind of forest.
And,
You know,
There's like vines wrapped around in front of you.
And there's a door,
Even like a red door with a golden knob.
And you're invited to open this door to step in into this,
Let's call it the Alice Wonderland magical forest.
So as soon as you step through this door,
The portal to go in,
There is like golden stardust everywhere.
Lots of elemental energy like fairies.
The word nymphs,
I think that's what they're called.
But,
Yeah,
To me,
I could see them like little small lady with wings.
So they're just flying around lots of big,
Beautiful butterflies,
Colorful flowers.
And,
And there is a path kind of in this meadow.
So there's like greenery greenery.
And you can almost like feel and sense the fresh air in this space.
So you follow this path,
The meandering path that's formed by this forest.
And it leads you into this area where there's lots of tall trees.
And it instantly becomes darker with all the trees blocking the light.
And you get to feel the wisdom from all the trees.
They're like this elder energy speaking ever so softly into your connecting with your presence.
So it feels very calming,
You know,
Just like how you would hang out with elders.
So you keep following this path.
And it takes you into this space where there is a pond.
And you get to see the sun is glistening with the reflection of it.
And you're invited to jump into this pond to clear off your aura.
So as you do,
It is bathing your energetic field,
Really.
So once you jump into this pond,
I could already see a lot of you just immerse yourself in the water,
Fully underneath the water.
And I don't know,
But maybe some of you even sense a mermaid energy in you,
Or maybe mermaids around.
And you get to feel your energetic bubble very clearly now in this underwater space.
You get to see this bubble that's surrounding you.
And you get to breathe so comfortably under the water in your field.
And then very,
Very gently,
You can feel the wave of this water.
It's clearing off your crown chakra.
And you can feel the ripple of your crown chakra.
It's expanding out of your crown.
And you get to even see this purple emanating out of you.
And you get to see it clearly in your field.
And so this is really a clearing in this water energy,
How you connect with consciousness.
As a spirit,
It's anchored in your crown chakra.
So this is like clearing this energetic portal for you to really see your multi-dimensionality,
To connect with your higher consciousness.
And you might feel sensations in your crown,
Maybe feeling lighter,
Or maybe I feel like some of you might feel pressure here.
And you might feel the release of this pressure maybe.
Or you might feel a bit dizzying,
Which is okay.
And stay in this energy with me.
So now you get to feel this water.
It's working on your third eye energy.
And it's really clearing the third eye.
And you get to feel this energetic portal in you opening up and start to permeate out of your body.
And you get to see this indigo blue color filling up your field.
And you get to feel this energy is how you feel and sense and perceive your projections and your perceptions of yourself and the world.
And so this energy is really clearing of all of those judgments that you have against yourself,
Those perceptions where you are in lack or less than.
It's all coming to light.
And it's just a big expelling out of you to release into this beautiful cleansing water.
And you could almost see if you're connecting with what it is present in you for releasing out of your third eye,
You might be able to connect that out your field and into the water.
And now you get to feel the cleansing.
Maybe you could even connect further with the energy of this water,
This activating water.
It's working now with your throat chakra.
And then you get to feel the sense of your throat chakra.
It's emanating out of you in this really beautiful teal color.
Just emanating out of you out into your field.
And it's releasing any blockages that you have from expression of your soul,
Expressions of your emotions,
Expressions of your any stuck perceptions of yourself,
Or maybe even of others.
Ultimately,
This is what supports the expression of your own truth.
I'm feeling like a vibration going on.
What's coming up?
It's like,
You know,
Those little machine with the solution where the jewel jewelers put your earrings in to clean.
I have those little vibration that's kind of like what's going on here.
It feels like it's shaking out anything out of your throat that's acting as a block for your own expressions of your truth.
So you might also see those permeating out of your throat.
And you get to see the expelling out of your body into your field.
And those are gently being sucked into this cleansing water.
Maybe you could imagine the way of osmosis that works in osmosis kind of way.
It like cleansing out of your field into the water.
So now the energy is focusing on your heart.
So with this cleansing water now,
You get to see the energy of your heart.
It's this emerald green now starting to emanate outside of your body and filling in your energetic field.
And there is nothing to be done but asking you to feel and bask yourself in all your senses in this love because this is emanate out of you because you are this love.
So it's just really emanating out of you in your field and in this bubble allowing you to experience that in the way that you do right now.
And just trust that it's perfect and maybe what you need.
And then it is moving on to your solar plexus and this portal of your willful ness energy.
And you get to feel in your,
We often talk to this center as your personal power.
And it's tied to how willing are you to step into your power in every way that you show up in every role,
In every aspect of yourself.
So are you willing in power and caring for yourself and speaking to what your heart desires and expressing your truth and in not doubting all the information,
Insight that comes through your consciousness and your perception through the third eye.
So it comes into this center.
That's why I call it your willingness.
So the energy is really creating that where you get to see the golden yellow emanating out of your body and into your field.
And it's really empowering,
Cultivating more of that for you to be your spokesperson first and foremost,
Before anything you do or who you are to others,
Like,
You know,
In the role of a mother or a partner or like a colleague before all of that is who are you for yourself?
It's really,
Really a lot that's coming out in this energetic center.
So I feel for some of you,
You might even be able to connect with the energy that has kept you like shackled.
Like what is keeping you from reclaiming that power that you hold in your innate nature?
So I'm going to give you a moment here to connect with it,
If that's for you.
But if not,
You get to bask in your golden yellow energy.
And this is really to come in and help you to bring more of that in balance with the heart.
So now we're going to move into your Sacral Chakra in this cleansing water.
And in this energy,
It really comes back to the relationship you have with yourself and how much in compassion that you are with yourself,
Because that's really where you get to invite more of your creativity.
So this is really where you get to step into that creational energy.
So I feel like the cleansing energy here is helping you to evoke more of this orange color.
And you get to see it permeating out of your body and out into your field.
And in this balancing of this energetic center,
It's also an invitation for you to you know,
Maybe have the courage to look at this intricacies of relationship with yourself.
Where are you still suppressing yourself?
Where it often comes in judgment,
Shame,
Or guilt.
If any of that come into mind,
You are more than welcome to allow that to be released.
So you get to see that energy literally expel out of your Sacral Chakra and into your field and into this cleansing water.
So now the water is working into your Root Chakra.
And you get to feel the Root Chakra view.
It's expanding out of your body,
This beautiful ruby red color permeating out of you and into your energetic field.
And so what we know about the Root Chakra,
It often comes into your home base.
So is literally every idea of who you are,
You know,
In terms of your culture,
Your upbringing,
It's all these perceptions and ideas of what has been imparted to you.
And so I feel like this is the moment where you get to come into your own.
And we talked about where you are the ruler of your own domain.
And this is really where your throne is situated that you get to sit on,
Where you get to contemplate.
Are those ideas really who you are,
Who you want to be?
And then you get to learn of yourself into those deeper depths.
And really become the creator in that sense of who you are.
And now the energy,
It's coming together out of all combining from your chakras.
And it's moving down to your knees.
And your knees is really related to your ancestors,
Because all the information of all the paths that they have walked through and all the lives they have lived through and all those wisdom,
It's in your knees.
So allow the energy here to cultivate for you to feel how much you're supported in every step that you take.
It's carry with you with the wisdom from your ancestors.
And then the energy is moving now down into your ankles to your feet.
And so you get to feel all the energy coming from your crown all the way down to your ankles.
You as a creator,
You really do choose your path in whatever direction you take.
And step into.
And so having the energy here and become conscious of it,
Then you also call into the consciousness of your own path.
And then you get to feel and sense the energy coming out of your feet.
And circling up around your body and going into your crown again,
Like a toroid,
What we call the egg.
It is your own energy circulating.
Circulating and each of your growth and expansion is where when you have pulled through what you make conscious from your unconscious and all the way down and out your feet again.
And then it comes back in.
So feeling that you might look at that as the infinity symbol.
Right.
So how you work with your own dynamics of your feminine and masculine.
That's why there's two knees and two feet.
And then you get to feel the energy.
Even the colors become white because the blend of all of your chakras.
And you might feel lighter where you feel more clear.
And so this is that egg energy where you get to feel more of your truth.
You get to perceive your own projections of your own perceptions.
And you get to see your light and you get to feel your consciousness.
And you get to be this love that you are.
And then act in the path that you would like to create and walk on and step into.
So with that,
It feels like you're being elevated and up and out of this cleansing water.
And I feel like you're being brought like really,
Really elevated,
You know,
Where you are on tops of the water.
And then you get to witness this eclipse energy up on the sky.
And once you look up to the eclipse,
It's like a portal.
And it really instantly transport you back into your body.
So I want you to feel your energy fully coming back into your physical body.
And you might take note where you came in through which portal.
Is it of your womb?
Or is it of your heart?
Or maybe through the third eye?
Where did it drop you back into your body?
Now,
This is important.
I want you to take a deep breath.
And really anchor in this journey.
And really anchoring your body to return into your physical body,
Into your physical environment.
And have that energy,
That feel-sense in the here and the now.
And you might even take a moment here and just observe,
Nothing to be done,
But just to observe what's coming into your mental body,
What's coming into your mind.
And with that,
You might want to take another breath in,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you feel the edges of your body and fully return,
You might want to give yourself a hug and open your eyes when you feel ready.
