Close your eyes and keep your eyes closed and then take a deep breath in together.

Pause and let it out through your mouth.

Pause and then just do one more breath in.

Pause and out.

Pause and breath in,

Pause and breath out and then return to your regular breathing and just feeling more of your soul's energy with with you right now and if you want to call it in some more you could just set the intention come back.

Beautiful.

Feeling a bit more grounded already,

Feeling a little bit more in your body and we're gonna open up your crown chakra.

I could literally see your two hands priding open your crown and just a little bit wider and a little bit wider to the widest degree that it's been opened for a little while and just allow the pour in of the universal love that I'm gonna pull down intentionally.

So let it pour and flood into your crown and in this moment just connect with the universal love energy coming down like a pillar of it.

Downpouring of its light and connect to it the way you do,

Maybe in color,

Maybe you could feel into the frequency,

Maybe it's connecting with you like a crystal.

So just take note how you're sensing it and just know however you're connecting with it it's just perfect.

So just feeling it's pouring in,

Passing down and really flooding your third eye and the force of it it's literally bouncing off and encapsulating so it's creating this little swirl maybe if you will connect with it in that sense hitting your third and your fourth and your fifth eye.

So these are all in like a triangular position with your pineal gland in the middle and the force of it it's really cleansing your pineal gland and really clearing any debris in your third eye and just allowing it to open up more with a better clearer vision to your own insights and the frequency become a little bit more clear than cloudy,

More clarity and so bright you could almost see and feel and sense the brightness of the frequency of your third eye right now and then just let it shine out let that clarity shine out like the rays of the Sun out your third eye and just follow along this universal love energy now it's flooding down spiraling your throat chakra and there is such current with it and the force of it that's really carrying out any debris in the throat and the spiraling down the tunnel your throat it's kind of expanding it out a bit and there's so much that it could expand so it's sipping through the membranes of your throat and really into the cells you could almost feel the crystallization in the throat that beautiful turquoise blue and maybe you could hear the ocean waves it sounds like the clashing of the waves even hitting against the wall of your throat and sipping into the membranes of your cells and crystallizing every one of your cells in the area and just allow it to be circulated through your body through your blood circulation through your lymphatic system and just carrying out into your two arms into your hand and fingertips so refreshing and now just follow along at the pace of your universal love energy pouring down into your heart it floods your heart the cavity of your heart space inside of your ribcage is just filling up so quickly with this universal love so once again it really feels like the ocean but connect with it the way you do maybe it's a vibration that you could feel like filling up your heart cavities or maybe feeling into the frequency it feels very much filling it up and you could feel the heart energy center like turning over to fill up with this love frequency and once again it sips into your cells and it sips into your bones and it stips into your whole being and the whole entire heart chakra lights up with your own unconditional love and it shines back out through your body so out through the front of your chest through the in between your shoulder blades it's very magnificent and just feeling your love outpours through your own heart and through your body and out into your energetic field and out into the universe and just connect with what comes in as your unconditional love it's what pours out of you it's very very in and out and it's very very physical and it's very very in frequency it's very cool it's there's this in and out type of energy going the more you allow this into yourself the more you pours out of you like just wow and then follow the universal love energy this frequency just just pouring down and out your diaphragm into your solar plexus and it just melts it feels like it's melting I have your texture but yellow of course and like paint dripping it's very very texture that's what's coming in how I'm sensing it but how are you sensing it just connect with it and it's just really coating your solar plexus with this love the coating it feels very held very protective all the way from your heart and it feels allowing opening up a different degree of allowing you to be you and the power of going in any direction that you want create anything that you want and it's very golden anything that you want to create so it's very much this sense of creation and going into the flow of abundance through your creation manifesting power hmm there's something to that and it's very textured very very much you could grapple with it's just allowing in whatever sparks to you at this time whatever idea inspiration anything that you want to make into real something concrete it's so fertile but we're gonna follow this love energy from the universe maybe clearing something here and then it's moving past it and out pulls into your sacro chakra and it just fills it up and as it's filling it up it's dripping down into your root chakra and what I do know this as your womb space so it's just really building up your womb space and it feels like a bubble expanding and your room space you could put your hand on your own if you feel called to and just connect with the energy in this womb of yours but it's very much connected in your body said to be three inches above the pelvic bone and just allowing this to fill up ballooning up to really filling you maybe you feel this sensation of bloatedness or maybe lighter allowing that visceral feel sense in your womb it is so connected in this body this temple of yours and just bring the attention to it filling it up with so much of this unconditional love and your own magic and your access to this portal of connection with all there is your ability to connect with the cosmos the freedom to go anywhere through time and space it's all within you the universe within you and you as a portray of the universe the experience external to the universe so in the same parallel you get to create those energy external to you in your reality from this creational space so now the scenery has changed and you are being brought under the moonlight you could see its reflection on the water it's so glistening even the water is so dark and black but yet so lit by the moon the sky is black but yet so lit by the stars and then you look at where you're standing it is so black and dark but yet so lit from the reflection of your light everything is being reflected to you the magic in you being reflected to you and it's so glistening shimmery hmm and you look up to the sky and you feel so familiar together again with all your family the stars up in the sky and you could feel your whole body it's like being connected with the stars and just coming online so however you feel that coming online maybe your whole body lit up maybe you feel so vibrational in connection with everything else so now everything all of a sudden it's more than what you see in the eye it's the energy it's the vibration it's it's the frequency and you see it like in the matrix everything around you is the energy it's the culmination of energy how they're so connected like the space around the atom and so you see through everything and everything in its energetic form and through this energetic form you're in connection with your higher self and this is the moment where you sit in this stillness in between worlds in your own creative force what does your heart and soul and and purpose and this here and the now what's calling you to create next that desire what is that desire in your in your womb in your belly maybe just connect with that flame in your belly it just feels you could connect with it now like a literal flame that you can look into you could go inside of it what is that burning desire from your soul that you want to create next that you want to call in next that you want to do next and just allow that to come in in any which way or form it's coming to you it's perfect any inspiration idea words symbols that you're connecting with clues is perfect and maybe it's not even what it is maybe it's the emotional the state of being that you so desire to feel and be so just connect with that oh my goodness and then you could feel humming whatever song is being sang to you coming so crystal clear but from a distance it's coming through the water waves and maybe you connect with it maybe you don't but it's a whale coming up singing to you your whole ancestry line it's singing to you cheering you on in this moment in the here and the now just recognize something that you work through something of the ancestral pattern of a breakthrough this is something of a celebration from them onto the next cycle there is a newness a new opening and along with it you get to be who you want to be you get to create what you want to create and you get to call in the abundance you like to experience anything anything and everything it's in your grasp you just have to call it intend it be so excited about it hmm so just come back feeling the breeze the ocean clashing with the shores the singing of the whale year to year and you come back into that space in between in your body where you are right now and it's just all coming back into the pitch black in your mind space the blackness behind your closed eyes so it's just coming all back bits and pieces of you where we were inside your body feel the edges of your body you could wiggle your fingers and your toes if you feel that's helpful and come back to the environment the room you're in and open your eyes when you're ready
