So close your eyes and keep your eyes closed.
So the journey,
And sit comfortably with your back straight.
If you're cross-legged on the floor,
That's fine.
But if you are on a chair,
Have your feet flat on the ground.
And you could put your palm on your lap facing up.
And this is what I call the receiving position.
So just take a deep breath in,
Breathe out your mouth,
And just consciously come to your center.
Take a deep breath in again.
Breathe in your life force,
And just release whatever that's not serving you anymore.
Whatever that you're ready to let go of,
And even energy that's not yours.
And just do one more.
Deep breath in,
Out your mouth.
And you could go back to your regular breathing,
And consciously call your energy back wherever you left it.
So what I do often is I just say,
Whitney,
Come back.
You can call your energy back where you left it maybe on the road,
In traffic,
Your to-do list with your children fighting.
So just collect yourself.
Good.
You should feel a little bit more grounded already.
So we're gonna ground your energy some more and to connect with Mother Earth.
So just open up your crown and feel the energy coming through and down your crown,
Passing down your body all the way down every one of your chakras,
Out your legs,
Down your feet into the ground.
You could feel maybe roots growing at the bottoms of your feet and through the many layers of the earth until you hit the center.
You know you hit when you could feel connection to Mother Earth's heart,
Your energy all wrapped in her heart,
And you could feel instantly how she holds yours.
And up and up,
Up through the ground,
Up through your legs,
Touches every one of your chakra up,
Out through your crown,
All the way up.
It feels a bit like a boat on the water with the anchor down.
So you're kind of floating but so deeply rooted.
Good.
So I want you to,
If you feel call to,
You have to put hand on your heart and set the intention.
It's my secret intention to forge a deeper conscious connection with my womb.
So another hand on your womb to activate your feminine centers today,
Allowing you to forge that conscious relationship with yourself and opening your arms to welcome more of your defined feminine energy to return home.
So now I'm going to call on a clearing frequency to come down so you could feel it coming down your crown.
So connect with it the way you do.
Maybe take note,
What color is it?
Maybe you're connecting it with your senses,
Your clairsentient.
Maybe you could see a crystal.
Maybe it's a knowing.
So just connect with your different senses known as clair or how you reconnect with energies and just take note,
However you're connecting with it.
It's perfect.
And just feel this frequency dripping down now from your crown.
And now it's pouring down into your third eye.
And once it arrives in your third eye,
You could feel it going into this motion of circulating the triangle.
You know,
It's said to be the fourth and the fifth eye behind your third eye,
And it's all encapsulating your pineal gland.
So just feel this light,
This frequency,
This healing frequency,
Wishing,
Squishing,
Swirling,
And clearing of your third eye.
And this is your first of your three feminine center.
And this is the energetic center that allows you to receive your own insights,
Your own inner wisdom,
Your own inner knowing.
You know,
This is the centers where you know and you know deep in your gut,
Like those feelings.
It's not knowledge that you acquire from books,
But it's your internal wisdom that you have access to,
Your multidimensional self.
You know,
Even before you embody this physical body,
Even you,
You know,
Came alive in this body,
In this realm of existence,
There's so much wisdom from lives before this and from all the different energies before you.
So just sit in that and receive this light frequency,
Clearing it and activating it.
And just allow any visions to come in if you're receiving anything.
And just be in this moment,
Just you and this energy focusing on you and activating this insight energetic center.
And follow the frequency at its pace as it's moving down now,
Down and down,
Spiraling down,
Passing through your throat.
And it's forging a connection with this down spiral way of working through your throat.
It's opening it wider and it's connecting this pathway from your third eye to your heart.
So feel the pour of this light,
Filling up your heart chakra,
Filling up your heart space,
Front to back,
Left to right,
Top to bottom.
And just feeling it and feel the vitality of it and feeling a heart awakening.
Your heart center,
Which allows your unconditional love for yourself first and foremost.
Before you have the love for yourself,
You're blinded by the love that is so abundantly available to you from everything on the world,
Everything from the mother earth.
And feel awakening to this unconditional love,
The heartbeat.
And you can almost feel into the vibration of the universe as you're becoming this love,
Reuniting with the love of the universe.
You can almost hear the heartbeat of the earth.
And you have the power to connect with all there is.
When you are in this unconditional love,
If the world feels heavy,
You can come back to this gateway and feel into the love behind all the denseness and how it could bring you to a higher octave in energy and refuel yourself before you encounter your day-to-day life.
This is also your power of your multidimensionality.
You get to carry yourself.
And you could feel the light penetrating through your heart ever so gently into your cells.
And you could almost feel the crystallization of your cells one by one into your blood,
Into your DNA.
Through the membranes of your heart,
The organ itself into the cavity and out through your ribcages like the sun.
You could feel your heart shining out the sun like the sun rays out through the front,
Out through the back.
If you feel a pop or feel like a pop in between your shoulder blades,
You know,
It's also been said that's where your angel wings retracts to.
Allow your wings to spread out.
So as the light,
It's working intelligently.
You just trust it's working it perfectly for you.
And down it goes,
Passing through your diaphragm,
Passing through your solar plexus.
And yet it's a different pathway that is activating for you.
So in connection from your third eye to your heart and now the pathway all the way down,
Activating this pathway that we've not come to consciously practice on for so many years,
For so many generations.
Because you know what?
At one point it was unsafe,
But now we're actually rising as a collective.
The time it's actually shifted,
The rise of the feminine.
It is actually safe again.
So allow this pathway to forge at once more for you.
You remember it and let this light to drip and swirl and flood into your womb now.
If you want to put both hands on your womb.
So the womb is said to be sitting three inches above your pelvic bone.
So if you want to put your hand like underneath your belly button,
It's like a cross between your root and sacral chakra.
This is your womb space.
This is your womb consciousness.
This is a connection,
A portal to the universe,
To the zero point source energy.
For men,
It's known as the hara.
For women,
It's called the womb.
And we're working in this energy.
Even for anybody who has any surgical removal of any of your organs,
We're actually working in the energy in the center.
So it will be applicable to everybody.
So you could feel the energy filling your womb.
You could almost see and sense this healing frequency,
Filling it up,
Filling it up from top to bottom,
Left to right.
And maybe you could connect it with like a ocean wave hitting every corner of your womb space and bring light to where it's not been visited for millennia,
Like this cave that's dark,
Full of cobwebs.
And today you bring light to any dips and crevices where it's been so dark and left alone for millennia.
So just allow this light to do its own work to fill your womb space up,
To awaken this portal of you that you have access to connect with the universe.
Activate the seat of your power and your sacred chalice where your defined feminine energy sits.
You know,
The defined feminine that's been diminished,
Disrespected,
Disregarded,
Belittled for so long,
As long as patriarch has started,
It is safe,
It is safe,
It is safe for her to return.
So we're gonna reawaken your sacred chalice today so you could start allowing more and more of your own defined feminine to return.
And allow and allow more of these cracks and wounds to be mended and healed.
So you could feel this energetic center filled with this frequency and you could feel it sipping down to your cellular level.
It's almost like crystallizing your cells where it holds more light.
It's what it's designed to do,
Hold more of your own light.
And down into your blood and bodily fluid and you could feel it travel through your lymphatic system going across out to all your limbs,
All your fingers,
All your toes.
And it's okay if there's any physical that's missing.
We're looking at the energy of it.
You could feel it lit up to the fullest and circulating through your body.
And the circulation comes back to your heart and it goes up and back to your third eye.
So you could feel the full circulation of the pathways of your defined feminine and of your feminine centers.
And through the circulation of the light,
Maybe pay attention to where you're holding tension in your body.
And just be aware of it.
Nothing needs to be done.
No judgment needs to be had,
But just take notice and be with yourself again and be aware where the tension is being held and what the tension in the body may want to tell you.
And it's okay.
And you might want to ask yourself what type of relationship do you have with your womb?
Have you sat and listened to your womb ever before?
And it's all okay if you haven't.
That's what we're doing today.
So get acquainted with your womb.
Maybe you could ask,
What's your name?
And you can ask your womb,
What do you need from me today?
Maybe what do you desire at this time?
How do you want to feel?
And just carve out this time and space to listen to her.
And so before we end this activation,
You can always come back to this space and forge a deeper relationship with your womb every day.
And I want you to come to just be so grateful and thankful to yourself for even doing this exercise today.
Coming back into connection with your sacred inherit power.
So give a heartfelt thank you to yourself and then slowly come back to your body.
Feel the edges of your body.
Maybe take a deep breath in,
Wiggle your fingers and toes if you feel.
That'll help you to come back more and more into your physical environment and open your eyes when you're ready.
