Thank you for joining me today.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Holding it at the top.

And when you can no longer hold it anymore,

As gently as possible,

Releasing the breath.

We'll do that two more times.

So taking a deep,

Deep inhale,

Filling the lungs,

Filling the chest,

Filling the belly,

Holding it,

When you're ready,

As slowly as you can,

Releasing.

Another deep breath in,

Holding it at the top,

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly releasing.

Really noticing what it's like to be in the present moment,

Feeling your body,

Maybe noticing any sensations that you're feeling,

And trying to relax your body as much as possible.

Maybe imagining your body is filled with concrete,

And you are so grounded.

Just right now,

In this moment,

Everything is okay,

There's nothing to worry about.

And I'm going to take you to a place where you're going to be able to see all of your loved ones,

Maybe people that you don't even know,

People that you don't remember,

And they will be giving praise to you.

So if you're not able to see this in your mind's eye right away,

It's okay.

Just trust that the energy is there.

Finding yourself in a safe space.

This might be somewhere you've been before,

It might be somewhere new that you're imagining.

And someone who loves you very,

Very much,

Who you know loves you very much,

Starts walking up to you with a very loving presence,

Looking you right in your eyes,

And starts telling you all of the amazing things that they think about you,

All the things they would say to cheer you up,

And just listen for a moment.

What kind of loving things are they saying to you?

Maybe they're telling you how great you're doing,

How proud of you they are,

How far you've come,

That it's okay where you are,

Noticing as you're with the person in front of you that other people are approaching.

And these are other people that you know,

Maybe some people that you don't know.

All of your friends,

Family members,

Everyone that you have ever encountered a positive experience with.

We're just going to focus on the positive experiences right now.

Really focus on energetically building ourselves up and allowing the people that love us to help us.

And if you're having a hard time imagining anybody,

You can imagine that I am right in front of you telling you,

You are incredible.

You are worthy.

You are lovable.

You are so lovable.

You are intelligent,

And beautiful,

And smart,

And kind,

And you are on your way.

You are where you need to be.

Maybe you have a big family,

Maybe you have a lot of friends,

A lot of loved ones that you can imagine.

So I'm just going to give you a moment to just sit with them or sit with this idea of someone being present with you.

Maybe it's someone who's passed away.

Just be with them for a moment,

Receive this loving kindness.

Notice how it feels to receive.

Are you feeling some tension or resistance?

Are you opening deeper to this experience of receiving kind,

Loving thoughts about yourself?

Just know that you are doing great.

Even being here,

Listening to this meditation,

I know that you are doing your best.

And I thank you.
