Leave it there.
Breathe in and feel your feet beneath you.
And then breathe out and step through.
Now you're in today.
Fresh ground.
New hair,
A little more space.

Stay quietly inside.
I enter this day lighter than I was.

I only need to walk clearly.
Now take one more slow breath in.
