Good morning.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where you can fully relax and be present with yourself.

Close your eyes gently,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow any tension in your body to melt away.

Today we're going to embark on a journey of achieving your goals,

A journey where your subconscious mind will guide you effortlessly towards the success you desire.

And with each breath you take allow yourself to sink deeper into this moment.

Notice how your body feels supported by the surface beneath you.

As you breathe in feel a sense of calm washing over you.

As you breathe out let go of any worries or thoughts that might be lingering in your mind.

There's nothing you need to do right now other than simply being here,

Fully present,

Fully relaxed.

Imagine a soft wave of relaxation beginning at the top of your head,

Gently moving down over your forehead now,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks and jaw.

Let this wave of relaxation flow down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

Feel it moving down through your chest,

Your back,

Your abdomen and your hips.

Down through your legs and finally out through the soles of your feet.

With each wave you're sinking deeper into comfort,

Deeper into relaxation and deeper into focus.

Now in this state of deep relaxation bring to mind a goal that is important to you.

It could be something big or small,

Something personal or professional.

Whatever it is see it clearly in your mind's eye.

Imagine yourself already having achieved this goal and picture it vividly as if it's happening right now.

See the details of your success,

Where you are,

What you are doing,

Who is around you.

Notice the colours,

The sounds,

The sensations and make the images clear and as vibrant as possible.

See yourself confidently moving forward,

Every step bringing you closer to your goal and now imagine yourself having already achieved it.

How does it feel?

Allow these emotions to wash over you,

The pride,

The joy,

The satisfaction,

The relief and feel that sense of accomplishment deep within you.

This is your reality,

This is what you are creating for yourself and every cell in your body right now is aligned with this success and your mind is fully focused on making it happen.

As you continue to experience this moment of achievement I want you to bring your thumb and index finger on your right hand together gently and as you do this anchor these powerful emotions to this gesture.

From now on whenever you bring your thumb and index finger together like this,

These feelings of success,

Confidence and joy will come flooding back to you,

Reinforcing your determination to achieve your goals and as you move forward today and in the days to come,

Know that your mind and body are working in perfect harmony to bring you closer to your goals.

Every action you take,

No matter how small,

Is a step towards your success.

You are capable,

You are determined and you are worthy of achieving everything you desire.

The more you focus on your goals,

The more natural and effortless it becomes to reach them and as you continue to progress remember that it's not just about the destination but the journey.

Each moment is an opportunity to grow,

To learn and to enjoy the process.

You are creating the life you want step by step,

Breath by breath and now take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with energy and confidence.

As you exhale now,

Begin to bring your awareness back to this present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling the energy returning to your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Fully awake,

Fully refreshed and ready to take on the day,

Knowing that your goals are within reach and you have everything you need to achieve them.

Carry this sense of purpose and determination with you throughout your day.

Remember you are the creator of your reality and today is another step towards the life you envision.
