Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation Today,
We'll be working with the new moon The new moon is a beautiful time for us to plant seeds to start new habits to call in whatever it is that we are wanting to create or change in our lives and And so with that as you feel ready,
I'll invite you to find a comfortable position to meditate in maybe that's seated or lying down on your back and Once you've made your way there,
I invite you to take a moment to allow yourself to land Maybe letting go of whatever you were doing before you started this meditation whatever else you might have left to do for the day and Seeing if you can give yourself permission in these first few moments Permission to put aside everything that you feel like you need to figure out and solve and take care of and show up for Permission to take these next 10 or 15 minutes for yourself to get clear on what it is that you truly desire and the invitation is to Cultivate these desires not so much from the mind But from the heart and so as you feel ready,
Maybe Placing a hand on your heart I'm really noticing your hand touching your heart and as you connect with a physical touch of your hand,
Perhaps you could also connect with the physical touch on the surface underneath you Seeing if you can allow yourself to Soften points of contact Even if it's just one or two percent here to start And then as you feel ready starting to bring your awareness to your breath watching it flow in and flow out And Perhaps you notice that just by bringing your awareness to the breath that is already started to slow down The slowing down of your breath to be a reflection or representation of the slowing down of the mind Slowing down of your busy day It's in this place of slowness and intentionality That we can start to really connect with our hearts desires And to help us open up the heart today.
We'll take just a few rounds of Circular breathing and active breathing technique The first breath into your belly On the exhale just letting it go On the exhale just letting it go Beginning the circular breathing whenever you feel ready belly chest chest Receiving and with this breath pattern for and as you do that I'll invite you to really bring your awareness to your heart space With each breath in and each breath be able to notice your heart or balls that you placed around your heart To soften releasing the active breathing technique Returning to breathing in and out of your nose like you can place the hands on your knees with the palms facing up to represent Openness and curiosity What it is that your heart truly desires Taking some mindful breaths in and out of the nose And as you breathe into the heart perhaps there's a Color that you might sense here Is or there isn't maybe just taking a couple of ever it is that you're noticing about the heart As you continue to notice and breathe here,
Maybe Sensing it the heart has a certain texture Maybe a certain shape Whatever it is that you're noticing about the heart could share a message with you on this new moon What message might your heart share message Help inspire you For any intentions that you would like to start Intentions that you would like to set.
What is it that you would like to change and create?
Heart has to share with you mind has gotten a little loud seeing if you can maybe just turn the volume down a little bit Turning the volume perhaps your intentions become clear or not Perhaps they might need a bit more time to unfold and that's okay.
That's perfect Clarity you have cultivated thus far Whatever intentions that you might like to set here to Plant them in your heart these little seeds You do that you can trust and allow these deeds of your intentions to Unfold Bud and blossom and bloom and they're perfect divine timing and process notice what you're experiencing in the body What you're experiencing in the heart as you plant these seeds process of a sunshine and love and care so just the way that a Seed in nature time and space and nurturing to grow and bloom perhaps you can Embrace that this same process is required or whatever it is that you're Calling in or just as mother nature is perhaps you could Release the need to be in a rush to Trusting in your unique timing and possible body stretch if that feels good Fluttering open in the eyes as you feel ready Taking a look around your space and noticing what you see Noticing anything you might hear in the background And if you have some space that might be nice to journal about what it is that you've discovered and uncovered today and If you're able to I encourage you to Get some time outside Spending some time with the dark moon And I wish you well on your journey And I look forward to connecting with you soon
