Take your time now to find a comfortable space to sit or lie down.

Unfurl your body,

Adjusting and moving freely to find that sweet place of deep stillness and surrender.

Take what needs to be shook,

Let go of what needs to be let go.

Sigh with release.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

This conscious space of awareness is a vessel for you to find inner peace.

Once we internalize that peace,

Our external surroundings become peaceful,

Allowing us to move through our lives with grace and ease.

These blissful moments of opportunity that we gift ourselves by being in a place of here and now allows freedom.

Allow me to guide you now into that space,

Into your within,

As we build the pressure that releases the doorway to our most free.

As we expand our wings as wide as possible and glide through our moments with greater ease.

Be still now.

Take this final opportunity to send an energy over your being of release.

And each doorway that's closing you off,

That's closing off this inner space to shine,

To release,

To relax,

To let go.

Unhinge those doorways now.

Let's begin with the base of your body through the toes and the feet,

The legs,

The knees,

The thighs,

The hips and the pelvis.

Allow this space of stability and grounding anchor you in the environment you are in.

Allow the earth's crust to take on any of that heaviness.

Allow this energy to ripple out of those extremities and reach into the core.

Let that wave of draining energy release out of that space.

Making way for free expression to move through this grounded place.

Breathe into your legs.

Breathe out of your feet.

To more like this,

Breathe into your legs,

Breathe out of your feet.

Building that awareness now through the core of the body,

Your inner space,

Through your reproductive organs,

Through the abdomen,

The lower lumbar spine,

Up through to the lungs,

The spine and rib cage that wrap and envelop that central place of the body,

Through to the heart space,

That heart chakra and the chest cavity.

Allow your breath to enter into these moments of belly and heart.

Breathe in.

Surrender.

Let that central palate of your being be able to bow to yourself.

That energy of turmoil that can occur in these points,

Fear,

Uncertainty,

Let that inner being expand,

Know and safely let go.

Let the hips pry apart and drip out of one another.

Let the belly soften.

No need to hold on to any of that core.

Let that energy of the spinal cord ripple undone like it's prying apart and letting the light shine through each vertebra,

Expanding through our wings now.

This lightness is beginning to harness us.

Each fingertip drips,

Each particle in our hands and wrists and arms and shoulders,

Let it release.

No longer feeling like a body any longer.

Feeling like a soul encased within this flesh,

Within each muscle and tendon and ligament and blood flow.

It all is released.

Surrendering that artificial barrier so you can find that deep sense of within.

Breathe into your arms as they expand with breath.

Breathe out of the fingertips.

Carry that lightness now through the back of the neck and the skull.

Let the jaw hang out of its position.

Let the eyelids heavily hang over that encasing of the eyeballs.

Let the ears drip down the sides of the face and let the skull expand,

Creating more room for that light being to shine out of that central place of the skull.

Draw the awareness to that third eye position in between the brow,

Slightly upwards.

See that dark abyss consciously and then seep back in to awareness of allowing any thoughts to flutter past with ease as you witness your mind creating thoughts and experiences that allow you to find your within.

Breathe into the head,

The face,

The neck.

Let it go out of the top of the head.

Drip deeper into that state.

Allow stillness and silence to hold you.

Be here now,

Gentle,

Rhythmic,

Natural,

In and out of your nose,

Expanding in truth.

Nothing else is here but you.

Nothing else will ever be here but you,

Allowing the knowledge and freedom to shine through.

When you are ready,

Slowly become more conscious of your body.

Expand your breath.

Bring life back to the toes and the fingers.

Maybe you'd like to stretch the arms above the head or the toes outwards and the fingertips reaching towards different spaces of your room,

Place,

Coming back.

When you are ready,

From wherever you are,

I want you to take this moment to embrace yourself.

Embrace the physical you and the inner you with love and compassion,

Whether that's by rolling onto your side and wrapping your arms around your being,

Or whether you are seated and you wrap your arms around your body,

Bringing your knees in if you like,

Creating this beautiful,

Deep reverence to oneself.

We journey to find our hands in our heart center and we bow to that inner within.

Gratitude in open love in here,

In now,

In you.
