Days can be busy and sometimes we forget to be present. This track is a bite-sized meditation meant to bring you into mindfulness quickly. You can do this multiple times throughout the day. If you're feeling stressed, busy-minded or overwhelmed, you can always take a minute to focus on your breath!

Take in a deep breath through your nose,

And let out a big sigh.

Take in another deeper breath through your nose,

And let out an even bigger sigh.

And now,

Take your deepest breath,

Filling up your body with a golden light.

Breathing deep,

Deep,

Deep into your lungs,

Into your tummy,

All the way down to your toes.

And hold your breath on the top.

Taking in a few extra sips of oxygen.

And squeeze,

And let out your biggest sigh yet.

Landing into your body,

Shaking off anything that is not serving you.

And return to your regular breathing.

Take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to nourish your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

You can do this as many times as you like throughout the day.
