Okay,
Making ourselves comfortable in our seat,
Planting our feet,
Allowing our body to be comfortable and our spine a little bit taller but not too rigid.
Our face soft,
Our shoulders soft and take a deeper breath.
We'll start to tap on the side of our hand,
Doesn't matter which hand and we'll release even though I have uncomfortable feelings.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself and feel that.
Even though I may fear the unknown future,
I love and accept myself.
Keep tapping as we release and whatever sounds appropriate to you,
You can incorporate that.
Even though sometimes I'm afraid of the future,
Sometimes I don't know what to do and I start to get anxious,
I worry for my loved ones,
Don't know how to help them.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I have beliefs that don't help me,
Some of them don't support me and I have thoughts that were around in my head out of control,
I love myself and I accept myself as I am right now.
I am ready and willing to release these thoughts,
These beliefs that don't serve me and I am open to shift,
To change and to receive something new.
So we can start to tap on the start of our eyebrows.
Let's go round the tapping sequence before we start to draw in our intentions.
So start of the eyebrows,
Either hand,
Both hands,
Doesn't matter.
Outside of our eye,
Just gently.
Underneath our eye,
Underneath our nose,
Underneath our mouth,
Our sternum,
Just maybe a centimetre either side of our sternum,
Or collarbone,
Sorry not sternum,
Collarbone,
So we're quite near the top.
And then maybe three or four inches under our armpit to the side of our ribs.
Very top of our head.
So we'll work through that sequence again and we'll draw in the feelings and experiences that we want to experience and feel.
And if there's things that you personally want to draw in then please include them.
So start of the eyebrow.
I choose peace.
In this moment I choose peace.
Side of the eye.
Under the eye I choose to be relaxed even if I'm working.
Under the eye.
Under the nose I choose love.
Under the mouth I choose love for the people nearest to me.
Collarbone I choose love and patience with my loved ones and with myself.
Under the arms I choose to draw in abundance,
Trust and gratitude.
Crown of the head I live in abundance,
Trust and gratitude.
Let's bring our hands to our heart centre.
Pause for a moment with a few deeper breaths.
Feel how that feels.
And as we sit I'm going to start to draw that universal energy towards us.
So we can imagine,
Visualise.
As we inhale energy flowing into our heart centre.
And as we exhale it's flowing down our arms back into our heart centre.
Our breath is comfortable,
Don't breathe too hard.
That energy might come from above us through the crown of our head,
It might come from below us from the earth or it might flow in from all directions.
Just allow whatever feels right.
Imagine your heart centre full of this energy.
Maybe it's glowing.
Your whole body is glowing.
It's starting to feel more energised and lighter.
We're going to put our hands out in front of us,
Our palms facing one another maybe nine inches apart.
Let's see if you can feel that energy.
Maybe it's tingling in your palms.
As you move your hands slightly further together you may feel that energy as if you were pressing on a balloon.
Let's place palms over our eyes.
You can either have them touching or slightly away from your body,
Shoulders comfortable.
Imagine as you inhale the energy flowing in towards your heart centre.
Exhale the energy flows along your arms through your palms into your eyes.
One of your head now.
Universal energy flowing in on the inhalation.
Flowing to the top of your head as you exhale.
Let's try the back of your head.
Noticing how it feels.
Let's release our arms,
Soften our shoulders.
Put our hands on or near our mouth.
Inviting the energy in to this part of us.
Our throat.
Our chest.
Our lungs.
I can imagine these parts of us becoming healthier,
Energised.
Imagine the tissues,
The cells receiving this energy and enjoying it.
Lower belly,
Stomach,
Liver.
Lower belly.
We can wrap our arms around ourself.
Imagine that energy flowing through our back.
And then the other way round.
And then if there's any part of you that feels it would like a little bit of extra energy that needs to heal or asks for extra love and attention,
We can direct the energy there.
Don't even need to touch it,
Use your intention.
Imagine that part of you receiving health,
Healing,
Biology working better in every way.
Returning our hands to our heart centre.
And just to make sure we're balanced when we leave this practice.
We may need,
We may not feel the benefit of allowing any excess energy out through our feet or the crown of our head.
So we feel in balance,
Comfortable.
You don't need to control this,
Just allow it to happen.
Imagine it happening.
Just for today I choose peace.
Just for today I choose trust and gratitude.
Just for today I devote myself to my heart and my work.
Just for today I will be kind to myself and others.
Just pause here for a moment and feel this energy.
Appreciating the state of being we have created.
And knowing it is accessible again.
And taking one or two deeper breaths as we prepare to return to our ordinary state of being.
Moving our fingers and toes and our body.
And having a little stretch if that's for us.
