In this practice, I will first guide you to find a comfortable position, either standing, sitting, or lying down. Make yourself as comfortable as possible while allowing a long spine and relaxed chest cavity to practice your breath control. We will take 3 different rounds of Against the Wave Breathing, and between each round I will instruct you for the next round. At the end of the practice, we will take a short closing meditation.
