Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find a comfortable space,
A comfortable spot,
Either sitting down or laying down on your back.
You can sit on a chair,
A meditation cushion,
Legs can be crossed or any leg variation.
Palms either in the lap facing down or facing up.
Slowly close your eyes.
Just breathe natural breath.
Allow the body to relax,
Allow the body to arrive.
Natural breath in and out.
Given yourself permission to meditate,
Given yourself permission to relax.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Flooding the body with relaxation.
Any tension you feel,
Just allow that tension to dissolve into the space.
Any tension you feel,
Allow it to release.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Full moon,
Filling that full moon energy.
And imagining that moon's light,
That moon's beam shining in your room.
That moon energy showering you.
That moon energy lighting up every single cell of your body.
Allowing this energy to take anything that does not serve you and allowing it to release.
Giving it to the space,
Giving it to the energy.
Each and every breath you take,
You're able to release what doesn't serve you.
Each and every breath you take,
You feel lighter.
Allowing the energy of the full moon to cleanse your spirit.
Allowing the energy of the full moon to cleanse your spirit.
Allowing the energy of the full moon to cleanse your spirit.
Saying the mantra on the inhale,
I am,
And on the exhale,
Whole.
Inhale,
Say to yourself,
I am.
Exhale,
Whole.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Whole.
Exhale,
Whole.
Inhale,
I am.
Exhale,
Whole.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am grounded in the present moment.
Feeling and embracing this moon energy,
This light,
In every single cell of our body.
And you will feel it's not a complete,
It's just an person.
It's not a medium to help me,
Not whatever I do or what that we do or whatever that is,
Feel it come inside of your body.
It go.
One more time.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Release everything that doesn't serve you.
Let it go.
