Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable space,
Your comfortable spot,
And just allow the eyes to close.
Natural breath here in and out.
Allow yourself to settle.
Give yourself permission to take this time for you.
Take an inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
Keeping the mouth closed,
Find a comfortable breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Finding a smooth breath,
Comfortable breath,
Steady breath.
Just allowing the body to relax.
Maybe saying to yourself,
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Just wiping away your to-do list for the upcoming week.
Just wipe it clear.
Visualize a chalkboard and just wiping that chalkboard clear.
Clear chalkboard,
Nothing to do or control.
Just visualize yourself,
Write something on that chalkboard that you need.
Not what you want,
But what you need in your day today.
Just write it on that chalkboard,
See it.
Seeing the word on the chalkboard.
Just absorbing it,
Observe it.
And seeing that chalkboard disappear into the horizon,
Disappearing into the universe,
Surrendering to the universe,
Allowing the universe to manifest and give you what you need.
Just surrendering to the process.
Noticing the body,
Noticing the mind relaxed.
Allowing yourself to just go with the flow.
Taking an inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Surrendering to the source,
To the universe.
Put your needs out there and the universe will deliver.
Start to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
Maybe open the eyes.
Whenever you're ready,
Make your way to an easy seat.
Your legs can be crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin parallel to the ground.
Hands come to heart center.
Just taking a smile,
Nice smile.
Even if you have to force yourself,
Take that smile,
Notice the change in the body,
Yes.
Big smiles,
There we go,
There we go.
And keeping this feeling throughout your day,
This feeling of relaxation and this feeling that the universe will provide.
You send out your intention,
You send out what you need and you will receive.
