Just allowing those legs long,
Arms long,
Finding that comfortable spot,
Allowing the eyes to close.
Just removing any expectations for the meditation,
Any expectations you have,
Anything you're looking that you really wanted to get out of the meditation.
Just remove any expectations that you have and just allow yourself to be.
Just allow yourself to follow the instructions that I give you.
Allow yourself to just listen to my voice.
Allow yourself to just settle and be into the meditation.
And giving yourself a resolve,
Telling yourself that you will stay awake for this meditation.
Tell yourself you will stay awake for the meditation.
But knowing if you do fall asleep,
That is perfectly normal,
That is totally okay,
And your body just needed to fall asleep.
Giving yourself that resolve that you will stay awake.
Keep your brain on alert to stay awake,
But if you do fall asleep,
That is totally okay,
Your body needs a rest.
Remember,
There's no right or wrong way to do the meditation.
All you got to do is breathe,
That's all you have to do.
So just settle into the mat here,
Into the body,
Into your space here.
Just settle into it,
Just your natural breath here.
In and out,
Nice and smooth,
Nice and steady.
Just preparing yourself to meditate,
Preparing yourself to relax.
No matter what you do,
You just have to follow the instructions that I tell you.
That's all you have to do.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
Just allow your body to relax and sink deeper into your mat.
Each breath you take sinks deeper into the mat and relaxes you even more and more.
Feel that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Whole body starts to relax.
All you can hear is the sound of my voice.
If you hear any background noises in the room,
Any noises outside the room,
That will make you relax even deeper,
Even more into the meditation.
Each breath you take relaxes even more and more.
Feel the body release,
Relax into the mat.
Each breath you take,
You sink deeper and deeper,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
Each breath you take sinks even more,
Sinks deeper and deeper into the mat,
Fully relaxing the body from the tips of the fingers to the toes,
Feeling that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Eyelids start to relax,
Your eyelids are sinking deeper,
Starting to relax even more.
Shoulders starting to relax even more.
Eyelids are relaxed so much,
Try to open your eyelids and they won't even open,
They're relaxed even more,
Sinking deeper.
You try and open your eyelids but they're so relaxed,
They're so heavy you can't open your eyelids.
Feel that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
You start to see a color through your eyelids and your eyes,
You start to see a color.
It's the first color you see,
See that color,
It's the first color you see and in the eyelids your eyes are relaxed even more.
That first color you see and through the eyelids,
See that color,
Feel that color.
And that color is starting to get brighter and brighter,
You're seeing that color and through the eyelids your eyes are relaxing even more,
Your body is feeling that wave of relaxation throughout the body.
And you're seeing this color through the eyelids and it's a radiant color,
It's full of light,
Full of love.
Just stare at this color,
See it,
Soak it up,
See it.
See this color,
Feel this color,
It's warm,
It's radiant.
Your eyelids are starting to tingle,
You're seeing this color.
I want you to take this color and wrap it around your toes.
This color you're seeing,
This radiant light,
This color you're seeing into your eyelids,
Take it,
Wrap it around your toes.
Swirl it around your feet,
Tops of your feet,
Bottom of the feet,
Swirl this light,
This loving light around the tops and bottom of your feet into the ankles.
This radiant light you're seeing through your eyelids,
Swirl it around your ankles.
Around the lower leg,
This light swirling,
See it swirling,
See it brighter,
You're feeling the tinglingness in the body,
Wherever body part it's touching,
You're feeling the tinglingness.
Into the knees,
Around the knees,
Into the thighs,
Into the legs.
Into the fingertips,
Touching the fingertips,
Touching the fingers,
The knuckles,
Swirling around the hands,
This light is swirling around the wrists and to the waist.
This radiant light,
You're seeing it through the eyelids,
Relaxing the eyes,
You're seeing this radiant light glowing around the forearms,
Around the lower arms,
Around the torso,
Around the elbows,
You're seeing this radiant light swirling.
You're feeling the tinglingness around the elbows,
Around the chest,
Around the back,
Shoulders starting to relax,
Shoulders feeling this light swirling down the back,
Swirling down the spine.
Feeling this light at the back of the neck and the throat,
Around the neck,
Swirling around the head,
Around the jaw,
Into the ears,
Feeling this light around the cheeks,
Tip of the nose,
Into the upper lip,
Into the lower lip.
Into the for arm,
Brow line,
In the forehead,
Out the crown of your head,
This light is swirling,
Out the crown of your head,
You're feeling this light seeing this light,
Into the eyelids out the crown of your head.
From the tips of the toasts you're feeling this light,
You're seeing this light,
It's spiraling out the crown of you head to the center of the universe.
I want you to see out the camera ahead where this light is going to the center of the universe,
Feel connected to the center of the universe.
Center of the universe.
Feel it.
I want you to feel this light.
I want you to feel this light out the crown of your head to the center of the universe.
See that light,
See it swirling out to the center of the universe.
This light at the crown of your head feeling connected to the center of the universe.

Soak it up.
Feel it.
Seeing this light at the crown of your head swirling,
Seeing this bright radiant light,
You're feeling the tingle at the crown of your head.

Swirling to the center of the universe feeling connected.

Harness this light,

Watching yourself like you're an observer,
Watching yourself through the window.

It's here this day I want you to visualize that you're in a field visualize you're in a field,
Tall grass up to your knees sun's starting to go down,
Sun's starting to settle sunsets starting to happen and you're in this field,
Tall grass everywhere up to your knees you're in this field,
You're the only one there and you see out to the horizon rolling hills here it's just the best temperature,
Feeling the sun on your skin sunshine on your skin,
Feeling good,
Feeling warm just a great temperature here and you see a silhouette in the horizon a silhouette way in the horizon it's a silhouette of a body,
It's a person and you can see it's way out in the horizon towards the sun,
It's walking towards you a silhouette there's a breeze,
You can see the tall grass moving,
Dancing hands starting to touch the tall grass through fingertips you can feel it,
You can see it you can just feel that you're there you can feel that sensation,
That sun,
The good temperature and you notice this silhouette,
This person walking towards you it's walking closer to you,
But you feel nothing but love for this person,
This silhouette that's walking towards you nothing but unconditional love for the silhouette walking towards you just a good day,
Feeling the good vibes feeling that sun rays on the skin,
Feeling that tall grass just dancing silhouette is walking towards you it's coming towards you,
You feel nothing but unconditional love you're just feeling the sense of love radiating through the heart,
You're seeing the silhouette the silhouette's walking closer and it's closer and you start to notice this silhouette start to notice that it's a person,
You start to see the face of the silhouette you notice that this is your future self this is the person that you saw in your perfect day the silhouette,
This person,
This future self,
Your future self is walking towards you you finally meet,
You finally meet your future self,
The silhouette you have nothing but love for your future self here this is your future self that you can have any single thing that you want it's the future self that you saw I want you to ask your future self,
How did you get there?
Ask your future self,
How did you get there?
Just allow your future self to answer and talk to your future self and any other questions you'd like to ask your future self,
Just talk to your future self right now but your future self has to go so any last words you have for your future self,
Your higher self,
Your self in another dimension,
Ask now,
Talk to your future self and give your future self a hug all you got is nothing but unconditional love for your future self this is you in another dimension here,
Give yourself a hug thank your future self for the answers that are provided just allow your future self to go and see your future self walking towards the sun,
Towards the sun,
Towards the sun towards the sun,
Towards the horizon,
Back to the silhouette you feel nothing but unconditional love,
You feel the silhouette walking further and further away disappearing into the horizon knowing that that is your future self,
Your self in another dimension,
A part of you slowly bring in your awareness back to your body,

Back to the room just taking an inhale deeply through the nose exhale open the mouth side out,
Let it go inhale deeply through the nose exhale side out,
Let it go just allow yourself to settle here into your mat,
Bringing your awareness back to the room it's your natural breath here in and out just coming back to your body,
It's coming back to the present moment just allow yourself time to settle here,
Just back to the present moment,
Back to your body time travel,
We went to a lot of different places,
Different dimensions tonight just bring it back to the natural breath,
Bring it back to the room,
Bring it back to your body now it's coming back to the present moment fill in the fingertips,
Fill in the toes,
Fill in the body just fill the breath,
Fill the smoothness of the breath,
The sounds of the room just bringing yourself to that present moment coming back to your breath,
The smoothness of your breath in and out and just your body,
Checking in with your body,
Feeling the weight of your body onto your mat onto the floor,
Onto the earth,
Onto the ground just letting yourself go,
Letting yourself go and just your body,
Checking in with your body,
Feeling the weight of your body onto your mat,
Onto the floor,
Onto the earth,
Onto the ground and just filling your thoughts,
Just the thoughts roll in and roll out,
Just like you're watching a movie nothing to do,
Nothing to control,
Coming back to the present moment just fill in the wisdom you receive from this session tonight,
This energy,
These vibes just meeting your higher self,
Yourself in a different dimension that exists somewhere else just coming back to that present moment,
Coming back to that breath start to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
Start to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes and then circles with the hands,
Circles with the feet,
We're going to start to awake the body bring the body back to the room,
Have your grounds,
Have your awareness here circles with the hands,
Circles with the feet,
And then bring your arms overhead,
Toes tuck,
Extra long stretch here wiggling the fingers,
Wiggling the toes,
Feeling those long lines of energy here and through the legs and through the toes,
Out the crown of the head,
Out through your fingertips and then bringing the knees into the chest,
Curling up into a ball,
Giving yourself a hug giving yourself a hug here and then make your way to one side,
Fetal asana,
Send the one side left or right extend your arm,
Use it as a pillow,
Fetal asana here just allow your body to settle,
Allow your mind to settle,
Just fill in it here fill in the breath fill in the breath and then whenever you're ready,
Slowly making your way up,
Pressing into the hands,
Make your way up to an easy seat legs crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked and bringing your palms on the knees,
Either facing down for grounding,
Facing up to receive,
Just eyes closed just take a few breaths here,
Settle,
Just in through the nose,
Out through the nose and then bring the hand to the heart center,
Chin slightly tucked let's just inhale deeply through the nose and then bring the hand to heart center,
Chin slightly tucked and then bring the hand to heart center,
Chin slightly tucked And then bringing the hands to heart center,
Chin slightly tucks.
Let's just inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth side out,
Let it go.
There you go.
Inhale deeply through the nose.

Let it go.
