Hi everyone.
I welcome all of you to this yoga nidra session.
Please find a comfortable position lying down.
Place your arms gently beside you,
Palms facing up.
Allow your body to soften into the surface beneath you.
Let your eyes close.
Take a deep breath in slowly,
Slowly and exhale fully.
Again inhale gently and release.
With each breath,
Feel the outer world fading away and your awareness slowly turning inward.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
The coolness as you inhale,
The warmth as you exhale.
No need to control it.
Simply observe.
With every breath,
Feel more and more present in this moment.
Now bring your attention to the crown of your head.
Slowly feel your awareness moving down the forehead,
The eyebrows,
The eyes,
Relaxing completely.
The cheeks,
The lips,
The jaw.
Let them soften.
Move awareness to the neck and shoulders.
If there is any tightness,
Allow it to dissolve with your out-breath.
Now bring your awareness to the right arm,
Upper arm,
Elbow,
Forearm,
Wrist,
Hand,
All five fingers.
Now the left arm,
Shoulder to palm,
Each finger,
Resting peacefully.
Bring your attention to your chest,
Your heartbeat,
Your breathing,
Your abdomen rising and falling gently,
Your back long and relaxed against the ground.
Now bring your attention to your right leg,
Left thigh,
Left knee,
Left calf,
Left ankle,
Left foot and left toes.
Feel your whole body now,
Still heavy and relaxed,
Almost as if the earth itself is holding you.
Now take your awareness deeper inside.
Imagine in the center of your chest a small spark of light.
See it glowing gently like a golden flame.
This is your true self,
Pure consciousness,
Eternal energy.
This light has no boundaries.
It is not limited by this body,
This lifetime or this world.
It has moved through many forms,
Many journeys,
Fulfilling countless desires and yet it remains whole,
Infinite,
Untouched.
Feel this spark expanding slowly,
Filling your chest,
Your whole body,
Spreading beyond you,
Connecting with everything around.
You are part of the supreme consciousness,
Vast,
Eternal,
Limitless.
As you rest in this light,
Realize your potential is infinite.
You can create,
Learn,
Transform,
Anything is possible.
But remember,
Every creation unfolds in its own time.
Just as a seed needs water,
Soil,
Sunlight in the right season,
Your potential is infinite.
Your desires also need patience,
Resources and favorable moments.
Sometimes your karma,
The results of past actions,
Guides what arrives and when.
This is why yogis teach detachment.
Do your actions with sincerity but do not clinch to the results.
Your responsibility is only the action.
The outcome will arrive when the time is right.
Feel the freedom in this truth.
You are not bound by fear of failure.
You are energy itself,
Eternal,
Timeless,
Full of possibility.
Stay here for a few breaths,
Simply resting in this awareness of your infinite potential.
Now slowly bring your awareness back to the rhythm of your breathing.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of the chest.
Feel the contact of your body with the ground beneath you.
Become aware again of the space you are in.
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Rotate your wrists and ankles.
Take a slow stretch as if waking from a deep and nourishing rest.
When you feel ready,
Roll gently to your right side,
Resting there for a moment.
This pause helps you return softly to the external world.
Now with ease,
Use your hands to support yourself as you come into a comfortable seated position.
Keep your eyes closed for a few breaths.
Spine tall,
Shoulders relaxed,
Bring your palms together at your heart center.
Take one deep nourishing breath in and exhale fully,
Releasing.
Whenever you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and carry with the gentle,
Knowing that your potential is infinite.
Timeless energy always present with you.
Have a great day.
Stay safe.
