Today we're going on a journey to a world of your creating which originates from a place of love in yourself. So when you are ready take a seat or lay down find a comfortable place then close your eyes or lightly gaze forward and take a nice deep breath and start to notice the air around you notice your body how do you feel right now if you feel any tension let it release breathe into those areas and then in your mind's eye imagine yourself standing at the threshold of a world you're about to create a world that emerges from a place of profound love within you and you start here in your room where you are right now and there before you you notice a shimmering portal that begins to appear radiating with an iridescent light this portal represents the love you hold within your heart you take a moment now you notice your heart space you can tap on it and then let it open up feel the love from your heart start to radiate out and connect with the portal in front of you you then take a step and pass through the portal you enter a new world one entirely of your creation you come out to the other side of the portal you find yourself in a world filled with colors of your choosing a lush landscape that forms in front of you and life and creatures around you and everything in this world is imbued with the energy of love and you can feel its presence in every breath you take you begin to explore this world discovering its beauty and wonder the air is filled with the sense that you recognize and the breeze is gentle and soothing and you can hear the melodies of nature all around you as you journey deeper into this world you realize that you have the power to shape it with a simple thought you can make flowers bloom trees sway and rivers run crystal clear you are the creator of this world and it reflects your inner love and beauty in this world of love you encounter a reflection of your true self a self who embodies love compassion and acceptance you have a profound conversation with this inner self discussing your dreams desires and the infinite potential within you and you take that moment now to discuss your dreams your desires and your infinite potential after taking a moment to discuss those dreams those desires you decide to embrace your inner self recognizing that love is the key to healing and transformation as you do you can feel old wounds and burdens dissolving replaced by a deep sense of wholeness and self-acceptance in this world you experience a profound sense of unconditional love not only for yourself but for all living beings you realize that love has the power to transcend boundaries and connect us all and with a heart full of love you make your way back to the portal standing in front of the portal you take a deep breath and you step back through you return to your everyday world as you do you carry with you the knowledge that the world you create is a reflection of love within your own heart you take another breath you come back to your body you open your eyes you return to the present moment the here and now with a profound sense of love and the understanding that you have the power to shape your world with the love that resides within you and you come back to you and thank you for joining me on this journey today I am Amy C with you finding you
