Today we're going on a journey to a volcanic island where you release rejection, A return to wholeness in yourself again. When you are ready take a seat or lay down. Find a comfortable place and then close your eyes or lightly gaze forward and then take a nice deep breath. Just notice where you are. Notice your body. If you feel any tension you can start to let that melt down into the surface beneath you or breathe into those areas. Then in your mind's eye envision yourself on a remote volcanic island. The sky is heavy with ash and in the distance you can see the fiery glow of a volcano. It's molten lava flowing like a river. You start making your way towards the heart of the volcanic island and as you feel the heat and the barrenness of this island you remember and acknowledge the pain of rejection that you currently carry within. It's a heavy burden like the ash laden air. You take a moment as you continue walking to truly feel the depths of this pain. Noticing again the rejection and the hurt within yourself. With the pain of rejection still fresh in your heart you continue progressing forward. Not fully sure where you're going but you feeling guided to continue onward. You follow the path of the flowing lava which you feel deeply in yourself that it represents your journey through this heart-wrenching emotional landscape. As you get closer to the volcano you can feel the intensity of the heat even more so. It's as if the lava is a reflection of your pain burning and consuming. You sit by the edge of the Bolton River allowing the intense heat to mirror your emotional turmoil and with a nice deep breath you decide to let go. You release the pain of rejection into the lava allowing it to be consumed by the fiery flow and you realize as it disappears that you feel a profound sense of relief. You feel lightness in your heart and in yourself and with that pain of rejection now off of you and behind you, You continue your journey into the heart of the volcanic island and suddenly you come upon a hidden cave entrance. The cave is unlike anything you've ever seen. It's lush vibrant and surprisingly filled with life. As you step into the cave you notice that the air is cool and refreshing a stark contrast to the volcanic heat. The cave is teeming with lush vegetation crystal-clear pools and vibrant flowers. It feels like a sanctuary of healing and renewal. You sit within the cave allowing its healing energy to envelop you. You can feel the pain of rejection fading away replaced by a sense of renewal and transformation. The caves beauty mirrors the beauty that starts to grow within you. You sit and appreciate this cave and continue to feel the healing supportive energies and with a deep sense of healing and renewal you understand that the pain of rejection no longer defines you. It was just a part of your journey and you have actually emerged from it stronger and more vibrant. You step more fully into your power and you know what is rejection is not a sign of who you are and most likely that rejection was a blessing for you. After appreciating the healing of the cave a little longer you start making your way back out of the cave back out onto the volcanic island. You follow the flow of lava again but now you feel light and the heat and heaviness no longer represents or mirrors what you feel in you. You make your way back to where you started you come back now to your body. Slowly you open your eyes returning to the present moment with a serene sense of renewal and healing and you carry with you the knowledge that even in the face of pain you have the power to transform and emerge with greater resilience and beauty and you come back to you and thank you for joining me on this journey I am Amy C with you finding you
