I try out this grounding exercise.
Are you ready to join me?
Press your palms closed on your left.
You'll want to close your eyes for this one.
Take a deep breath into the nose for around 4 seconds.
Hold it.
And breathe our two pursed lips through the mouth.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Hold it.
And out through the mouth.
Place your hands on your heart.
Take a final deep breath in through the nose.
Pause And release!
Return to your natural breath Give yourself a hug.
Say hello,
Buddy.
How are you feeling today?
And really Give yourself a tight cuddle.
Release those arms now.
Open your eyes.
