What a wonderful practice in accepting my imperfect self and seeing how perfectly imperfect I am AND still being able to love myself. The second day was especially powerful for me. Looking at myself as if I was an observer was incredibly impactful. I felt so much compassion and love for myself that it brought tears to my eyes. I realized in that moment that despite the fact I am imperfect, I am still lovable, beautiful, and worthy. This is a course worth repeating in the future.
