Vibrational Breathing In this practice,
We will be breathing deeply into the belly for a few moments,
Feeling and sensing the energy in the belly and in the lower chakras.
And then we will transition into breathing deeply into the chest,
Filling up the chest,
Allowing the shoulders to roll back and soften,
And allowing the head to roll back and open.
All breathing will be done through the mouth,
Opening up the system to new and refreshing energy.
So to begin,
Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Closing down the eyes,
And as you exhale,
Bring your awareness down to the belly.
Notice the quality of your energy in the belly.
What are the sensations that you notice?
Is it tingling?
Is it moving?
Is it shifting?
Is there a color?
Is there a shape?
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix,
Just noticing.
And as you hold your awareness on your belly,
Let's begin our deep breathing in through the mouth,
And let it go.
Let's keep going.
Breathe it in,
And let it go.
Nice and deep.
Fill up the belly,
And let it go.
Feel the energy moving,
And let it go.
Low and slow,
And let it go.

Moving through your energy centers.

Noticing if there's been a change,
If there has been a shift.
What sensations are available now that weren't available a moment ago?
And now moving awareness up to the heart.
Slowly allow the awareness to move up the body into the chest.
And take a moment to connect with the energy of your heart.
What is the quality of energy of your mood,
Of sensation in the heart?
And just notice a color in this space.
It doesn't matter the color as long as it's true to you.
Just connect.
And let's breathe into the heart together,
Allowing every breath,
Every inhale,
To open up the chest and allow it to flow in the body.
And allow the breath to just move in and out of the body,
Of the chest,
Like a wave.

And now letting go of the memory but holding onto the feelings and sensations that you're experiencing.
