Get yourself into a comfortable position.

If you're wearing glasses,

Please take them off.

Breathing pure white light in from everywhere.

Fill the entirety of your body with pure white light.

Hold that breath.

So breathing in from above you,

Below you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

Through your sides,

Underneath of you,

Through all your nooks and crannies and crevices and roundness.

Hold that pure white light inside of you,

Gently placing whatever it is in you that is not of the light into that pure white light.

Sniff in just a wee bit more pure white light from everywhere.

Hold that.

And let all that go.

Expelling whatever there is,

Every which way that it goes.

And breathing pure white light in from everywhere,

Through the bottoms of your feet,

Through the tips of your hair,

From every direction that there is pure white light.

Expelling that in you,

Filling yourself entirely down to the tiniest lepton,

The smallest particle identified so far.

And then smaller than that,

Just to bring it into what is yet to be discovered but is in you with pure white light.

Sniff in just a little bit more pure white light from everywhere.

And let all that go.

Just let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

And one more time,

Breathing pure white light in from every which way.

Fill the entirety of your body from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes with pure white light.

Locate any last vestiges of anything in you that is not of pure white light.

Really cradle and surround whatever that is with pure white light.

Sniff in just a little bit more pure white light.

Hold that.

And let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And now just breathe.

Gently,

Peacefully.

Easy,

Easy breaths in.

All pure white light in.

Allowing pure white light to just simply circle around inside your body as a continuum.

And pure white light out.

Breathing into the world,

Cleansed being.

Pure white light as a continuum.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing out,

Breathing in.

Breath as a circle.

There is no beginning,

There is no end.

It just goes around and around.

Breathing pure white light in,

Breathing pure white light out.

And as you breathe pure white light in and pure white light out,

Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.

Covering every snippet of you,

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front and back.

Underneath and on top.

Pulling all the nooks,

Crannies,

Crevices.

Covering all the roundnesses with pure white light.

Who you are is a being of pure white light,

Both within and without and everything in-between.

And breathe into your consciousness the concept of no dimensions.

Nothing.

And breathe that out.

And let that concept take you in deeper within yourself and without.

Inside and outside you as an individual.

Cover into that.

Not even knowing what that means matters not.

And now breathe into you the concept of one dimension,

Not the singing group.

One dimension.

One dimension.

And let that take you deeper.

Deeper into yourself.

Deeper outside yourself.

Now bring into yourself the concept of two dimensions.

And let that take you deeper within.

And let that take you deeper without.

Now let yourself bring into your own consciousness the concept of three dimensions.

And allow that to bring you deeper within yourself.

Maybe finding an awareness of your entire physical container,

Your body.

And let that take you deeper outside the individual of you.

Deeper without.

Inside and outside.

Now allow yourself to bring into your awareness and consciousness the concept of four dimensions.

In four dimensions,

All time is now.

All space is here.

Notice that you need three dimensions to have four dimensions.

Three dimensions are included.

So are two,

One,

And zero.

Where you are in four dimensions,

In all time,

All past,

All future,

All present,

Right now.

All space inside your body,

Outside your body,

All the same.

And notice that it feels a little bit like the edges of your skin are no longer the container holding you.

And let yourself go.

Deeper and deeper.

Deeper within,

Deeper without.

It is all one.

And having no idea even what this means,

Bring into your concept five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine dimensions,

And let that take you deeper and deeper within and without cease to exist.

Just in the domain of everythingness,

Nothingness,

All oneness,

All being.

Everything is you are that.

Let yourself simply be.

Now,

Bring into your consciousness the awareness that this experience is your real experience,

That you not only can,

But you do feel being.

In this awareness,

Recognize that you can simply be,

Not only with all that is,

But also with particular three-dimensional parts of all that is,

Should you so choose.

And you can do that at any given moment.

So bring yourself back in from all of those dimensions,

Knowing that is who you are.

Experientially nine,

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four dimensions.

Let's pause there.

Just in four dimensions,

Think of someone you love,

Anybody.

It doesn't matter.

Just pick one and allow yourself to be with them.

Pick another,

Somebody whom you love,

And allow yourself to be with them.

Pick another,

Someone whom you love,

And allow yourself to be with them.

And recognize how easy this is to fully be with those whom you love.

And in fact,

You never were really separate in the first place.

Bring yourself back into being three dimensions,

Including all of the others,

Zero through three,

Nine down to three,

All of it is you.

And let yourself feel being three dimensions so that you can function in a physical world,

Including all of these aspects of you and reside here for this beat right now.

Bring into yourself the extraordinary gift of existing as a human being in a body and allow yourself to feel the gratitude for all of the yumminess that goes with that.

The joy,

The pain,

The lessons learned,

The lessons in your face to be learned,

The experience of fear,

The experience of love,

And the recognition of it all and so much more that you can feel with a body that you can taste and smell that you can know what it is to sit or stand,

To hobble or run,

That you can be in the blessing of all that is and that with your free will,

You can choose particular parts of all that is to create.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

And love not only that you have physical life,

But that you are life itself and allow yourself to be in the wow of that,

The wonder and the awe.

Connect yourself now with those whom you know and love.

Connect yourself now with those with whom you are acquainted but don't really know.

Connect yourself now with those whom you would recognize in a physical form but aren't really even acquainted with.

Connect yourself now with those you can imagine who you haven't even seen all over the globe.

Connect yourself now with all of life as we know it and beyond that and bring all of that back into you,

You who you are with a body and a name and a life.

Take a deep breath in,

Let a deep breath out.

Take residence in your body,

Feel yourself in your body,

The air within,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Feel the air around your body and gently open your eyes.

Be aware of being in your body with your eyes gently opened,

Taking in the physical world around you,

An awareness of being in a body functioning in a three-dimensional world as all of that which you are.
