We frequently experience fear and anxiety when considering changing. Change often calls to mind a harsh, abrupt ending of something, and continuing off in a new direction. Please consider that everything in life is always in transition. The simple activities of life as well as our major life experiences. Take a moment to grant yourself the simple grace of breathing that in, and welcoming the transitions that life provides us.

Go ahead and get yourself into a comfortable position.

Have your body so relaxed that it literally feels like it's sinking into the surface it's on.

Whether that's a chair or a sofa,

A floor,

A bed,

Whether you are sitting or lying down.

Just remember to include,

Include,

Include.

Let go with all of your muscles.

All the muscles around your skull,

Including your face.

Any muscles to any limbs.

Just let them go.

Back your belly,

Your chest,

Your hips.

And breathe.

Breathe pure white light in from everywhere,

Filling the whole of your body with pure white light.

Locate anything at all that is not of light.

Just like everything else,

Include it,

Include it,

Include it.

In this case,

Include it in the pure white light that is within you.

And exhale,

Just let it all go.

Breathe in,

Pure white light in from everywhere,

Filling the whole of your body with pure white light.

Locate anything at all that is not of that pure white light.

Include it,

Wrap it,

Cradle it with that pure white light.

Exhale everything,

Let all of it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

And one more time.

Breathing pure white light in down through your crown,

Up through your feet,

In through everywhere around you,

From everywhere around you.

Filling the entirety of your body from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes with pure white light.

Locate any last vestiges of anything that is not of that pure white light.

Notice if there is anything at all mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Ethereally that is not of that pure white light.

Gently rest whatever that is in that pure white light and just exhale,

Letting it all go.

Release it.

Let it go.

And just let yourself sink a little further,

A little quieter,

Recognizing that even in these few moments here,

You feel different than you did just a few moments ago.

And just bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself go deeper.

Going deeper and deeper.

Bringing into your consciousness the number eight.

Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.

And allow yourself to be present in your body.

Just exactly where you are.
