Welcome to this meditation practice on affirming your worthiness.
Oftentimes we go through life not believing that we are deserving and worthy of beautiful things,
Of loving relationships,
And of all the things that we hope and dream for.
As we get ready for this meditation,
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Repeat this by breathing in through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Do that one more time and as you exhale through your mouth,
Feel your shoulders drop further beside you and the space between your ears and your shoulders expand.
Bring your attention to your heart center and allow your breathing to become normal as you observe your breath in and out through your nose.
As you sit here focused on your breathing,
We will affirm your worthiness and deserving of things that your heart desires.
Silently in your mind repeat after me,
I am worthy and deserving.
I feel my value and worth in my body and soul.
I have an abundance of love and value to offer.
I love myself and I am deserving.
I speak abundance into my life and everything flows effortlessly to me.
I see my worth in everything I do.
As you feel the worthiness and the value and the love flowing through your body,
See the the beautiful bright light that shines from toe to temple through your body,
Enlightening you with the love and abundance of blessings that are waiting for you.
Believe in your love for yourself,
Believe in your worthiness and believe that you are deserving and great things will follow.
Bring your attention to your breathing,
Take a deep inhale through your nose and enter your day with love and abundance.
