Hi there!

Let's generate a little trust within ourselves with a short practice to start off the new year.

In a comfortable seat,

Begin to navigate your mind inward,

Softening your face,

Bringing focus to your breath,

Connecting with this moment in time.

As your breath flows in and out,

Feel your body relaxing deeper and softer.

When you breathe in,

Visualize this breath flowing downward,

Right into your belly as it expands,

Right into that deepest part of your gut,

Your intuition.

And as you breathe out,

Visualize the flow coming upward and out of your nose,

Taking with it self-doubt and insecurities.

Breathing in,

Downward flow.

Breathing out,

Upward and away.

As the air comes in,

Fill up with positive energy and as it goes out,

Make space for trust.

Just as you trust each inhale to flow in and each exhale to come out,

Let this sense of trust to grow within.

You are capable,

You are resilient,

You are wise beyond measure.

Trust that everything you need is already inside you.

Allow this growing sense of trust to embrace you from within,

Like an internal hug.

Trust yourself as deeply as you trust the tides of breath,

Effortlessly coming and going.

Affirm to yourself,

Silently or out loud,

I trust myself completely.

I trust my decisions.

I trust my intuition.

Feel the truth of these words resonate deeply within you,

As though they were being woven into the very fabric of your being.

With every breath,

You are strengthening this trust,

Letting it fill you with peace and confidence,

And you let go of any lingering doubts or insecurities.

Sit with this feeling of trust and acceptance of yourself.

Allow it to deeply settle into your gut,

In your heart,

And in your mind,

Positively guiding you always.

When you're ready,

Come back to your surroundings,

Checking in with all your senses,

Buzzing with a new trusting energy.
