Find a quiet space where you can relax deeply,
Let go of any expectations,
And simply allow your body,
Your breath,
And your imagination to lead the way.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down,
Letting your hands rest softly,
Allowing your eyes to gently close if they haven't already.
Just breathing,
Just being,
Letting go,
Being here.
Feeling your lungs expand with each inhale,
And with each exhale,
Feeling your body soften more and more.
Allow gravity to hold you,
To support you.
Allow yourself to soften and to melt.
Breathing in,
Your lungs expand,
Your belly rises.
Breathing out,
Releasing any tension from your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your belly.
Letting each breath guide you to more comfort,
More relaxation.
Feeling softer and softer,
More and more relaxed.
Letting go,
Allowing.
On your next inhale,
Seeing your body fill up with light.
The inhale reaches all the way down to your toes.
Your feet are filled with light,
Your calves,
Knees,
Thighs.
Your pelvis is bathed in this beautiful light.
Your low back,
Your entire spine,
Your torso,
Your chest.
You are just radiating this pure perfection,
This beautiful light,
As it moves out your shoulders,
Through your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands,
And fingers.
It also reaches your collarbone,
Your neck,
Your head,
Your eyes,
Your scalp.
Even every single hair on your body.
Seeing yourself bathed in this beautiful light.
And this light that's within you,
Now radiates even more and more around you.
As you dissolve into this light,
Into everything and nothing all at once.
And from this fully relaxed,
Safe,
Whole place,
You begin to see a vision in your imagination.
You see yourself at a young age.
Any age you choose is perfectly fine.
See this younger version of you,
This child,
Perfectly,
Clearly.
Notice what they're wearing,
The expression on their face,
How they may be feeling.
Notice how small and tender they may seem.
And just continuing to notice,
Your parents enter the scene now.
Just as they were when you were at that young age.
And imagine that in this moment,
They are everything you ever needed,
Desired,
And deserved.
Everything that child ever needed,
Desired,
And deserved.
Any and all limitations,
Stress,
Or pain are gone.
They are completely whole.
They are here for you.
Their hearts are open.
Their minds are clear.
Their capacity to love is full.
They are the parents you needed.
The ones who could truly and fully see you.
That could love you and protect you.
Fully provide for you.
And could and did cherish you exactly as you are.
And as you continue to watch,
You see your parents kneeling so they are eye level with your younger self.
You can see all the warmth in their eyes.
And they begin to speak to you,
Gently,
Truthfully,
Lovingly.
You hear them say to you,
You are so loved.
You matter more to us than anything else in this world.
We would do anything to ensure your safety,
To support you,
To show you how loved and cherished you are.
You are safe with us.
Completely safe.
We would do anything for you.
We see you,
We hear you,
We understand you and love you just as you are.
You are perfect,
So incredibly perfect.
We love everything about you.
Nothing matters more to us than your happiness.
You are our number one priority.
Nothing is more important to us than you.
We believe in you.
You can do and be anything that's in your heart.
We will always be here for you.
You have been the greatest gift to us and to this world.
You are so talented,
Beautiful and smart.
You are complete perfection and you deserve it all.
You are here and meant to have an extraordinary life because you are extraordinary.
We are so insanely proud of you.
You hear them say these words to you and now you hear anything else you ever needed or wanted to hear.
Let your younger self absorb these words.
Let them land in your heart,
Your belly,
Your body,
Each and every cell.
And now imagine your younger self being embraced by your parents,
By you,
By the warm healing light that always surrounds you.
Feel the sense of being held,
Of being supported,
Of being prioritized,
Of being deeply,
Deeply,
Unconditionally cared for.
This is now your truth.
As this younger version of you receives the love they always deserved,
Feel the shift that has taken place within you.
Like a soft click,
Everything falls into place.
There's more room in your chest,
More grounding in your belly.
You have rewritten your past to serve you.
