To be done in a safe place securely seated or lying down with spine straight, the breath is deeply & fully in through the nose & out through the mouth - first at a slower pace, then double speed, then slow again. (Guidance in music - follow the breath). If you are new to this breathwork, please ease into it, & breathe less intensely or only for part of the time & work your way up if necessary. The music & vocals are encoded with powerful energetic frequencies from my own journey. Listen in headphones for the best immersive sound experience.
