Welcome to day one of the Energy Alchemy Challenge.
Over the next seven days,
You'll be shifting,
Clearing,
And elevating your vibration through intentional energy work.
So today,
We begin with awakening your awareness of your own energy field,
Tuning into the subtle vibrations within and around you.
Everything is energy,
Your emotions,
Your thoughts,
Your physical body,
And even the space around you carries energy.
By learning to sense and shift your energetic state,
You unlock a greater sense of clarity,
Peace,
And vitality.
So,
As you settle into this journey,
Allow yourself to embrace curiosity and openness.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this.
Simply observe and allow.
So,
Find your comfortable position,
Your warm and cozy space,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
And as you slowly exhale,
Release any stress or tension you're holding onto.
With each breath you take,
Imagine your body softening,
Your mind quieting,
And your energy settling into the present moment.
Now,
Visualize roots extending from the base of your spine or the soles of your feet,
Reaching deep into the earth.
These roots ground you,
Connecting you to the steady,
Nurturing energy of the earth.
Feel the gentle pull downward.
It's anchoring you into this moment.
Breathe deeply now,
Feeling the breath move in through your nose,
Expanding your lungs,
And slowly release through your nose.
Breathe in,
Expand your lungs,
Your belly.
Exhale,
Letting go of any tension or distractions.
Three more breaths now.
Inhale through your nose,
Expand,
And slowly release,
Letting go.
Good.
Now,
Just resume your normal breathing pattern.
Bring your attention to your hands now,
And slowly rub them together,
Creating warmth between your palms.
Now,
Hold them about an inch apart and begin to slowly move them towards and away from each other.
Can you feel the subtle energy between your hands?
Perhaps it's a tingling,
A pulsing,
Or a sense of warmth.
Just repeat,
Rubbing your hands.
Create that warmth between your palms,
And then hold your hands about an inch apart,
Slowly moving them towards and away from each other.
Feel the energy moving between your palms.
It could be a tingling or a sense of warmth.
Just feel.
Now,
Expand your awareness beyond your hands.
Sense the energy surrounding your entire body.
This is your personal energy feel,
Also known as your aura.
Imagine it like a luminous glow,
Radiating softly around you.
Just begin to sense your energy field,
Your aura.
Now,
As you breathe in,
Visualize a golden light filling your aura.
It's strengthening and brightening your field,
And with each exhale,
Release any stagnant or heavy energy.
Continue visualizing the golden light filling your aura as you breathe in for three more cycles.
And with each exhale,
Release any remaining stagnant or heavy energy.
And once more,
Inhale golden light,
Exhale stagnant or heavy energy.
Wonderful.
Now,
Just take a moment to notice how you feel.
Is there a sense of lightness,
A clarity,
Subtle shifts in your awareness?
This practice of tuning into your energy field allows you to recognize when you need to clear ground or elevate your vibration throughout your day.
So,
As we close,
Open your eyes gently,
Come back to your surroundings,
Bring your hands to your heart,
And take a deep,
Grateful breath in.
