Hello,

You beautiful soul.

My name is Anumeha Opalkar and today we're going to meditate to feel safe to be seen,

To feel safe to have visibility in person and online.

To begin,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold,

Breathe out.

Feel the ground where you're sitting.

Is it a bed?

Is it a chair?

Is it the floor?

Feel how the ground is holding you.

Recognize that you are held by the earth.

You are safe.

Now bring your awareness to your heart space.

Feel that heartbeat.

Place your hand over your chest.

Feel the steady,

Gentle rhythm of your heartbeat.

It has been with you through everything,

Every fear,

Every moment of courage,

Every good and bad day.

As you breathe in,

Imagine a soft golden light entering your body through the crown of your head.

This light carries unconditional love,

Acceptance and safety.

As you exhale,

Release any heaviness,

Tightness or self-doubt you might be holding.

Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful open field.

The sun is warm on your skin.

A gentle breeze brushes against you.

There is no one else here but you and the earth.

In front of you,

Appears a younger version of yourself.

The part of you that first learned it might not be safe to be seen.

Notice how old this version of you is.

What is this person wearing?

How is this person holding themselves?

Walk towards this version of you gently.

Kneel down in front of them and say,

I see you.

You are safe now.

I'm here.

You never have to hide again.

I will always protect you.

I love you.

Thank you for protecting me up till now.

But it's my turn to protect you and we never have to hide again.

Visualize holding this version of you in your arms.

See how they melt into you.

Becoming a part of your heart again.

And remember that you are safe right now.

Now see your future self approaching.

This person is radiant,

Magnetic and at peace.

They have no fear of being seen.

In fact,

Their presence heals others just by existing.

That version looks at you with a knowing smile and says,

You are enough.

Exactly as you are.

Your light was never meant to be small.

The world needs you.

Your voice needs you.

And your truth.

And I am living proof of the fact that your expression is limitless.

That your being is limitless.

And it is safe for you to be seen and to be whoever is it that you wish to become.

Feel their strength merging with yours.

Take a deep breath in,

Anchoring this truth in your body.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing every outdated belief that says that I am not enough.

Or that I will be judged.

Or that it is not safe to be seen.

See them float away like mist.

Dissolving in the light.

You now are a living embodiment of the version of you that feels safe to be seen.

One last time.

It is safe for me to be seen.

Repeat after me please.

It is safe for me to be seen.

My voice,

My truth and my expression matters.

It is free for me to be whoever it is that I wish to be.

Whenever you are ready,

Take a deep breath.

Exhale out loud.

You can exhale with a hum or with a sigh.

Let's do it together.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

Ah.

Open your eyes and remember to carry this energy with you,

Anchoring into the truth and safety of who you are and who you wish to become.
