My name is Anumeha and today we're going to learn how to love ourselves a little better.
We'll start with a few deep breaths and then we'll move forward.
Take a deep breath in,

Now,
In terms of self-love,
I firmly believe that the root of self-love begins with self-acceptance.
So we're going to work on that for a little while.
Please repeat after me.
I love and accept every bit of who I am.
I am a contrast of who I want to be and who I really am.
I love being authentically me.
Every aspect of me that I do not approve of or do not like is trying to show me something.
I begin my day and end my day by hugging myself and allowing myself to feel loved and safe from the inside.
I embrace myself for all that I am and all that I am not.
I am grateful to be this version of me and I am grateful for all the past versions of me.
Now as you fill yourself with all of these lovely words,
All of this safety,
Please try to hug yourself.
Take both of your hands and hug yourself so tightly.
You can lean your face on one of your shoulders and you can tell yourself,

Thank you for putting up with me.
Thank you for being there all the time no matter how I talk to myself.
Thank you for being the vessel through which I can experience everything in this world.
