Posh ring club Greetings and welcome.

My name is Robert Halley and I have a short story,

Some quotes and reflective questions.

We will explore the topic of hunger.

I invite you to settle,

To expand in all directions.

And symmetry in your body,

Resonance in your head,

Heart,

And anchored in your pelvis.

Feel what you feel.

I know that it is all welcomed.

You are where you are and from here you breathe and be and think and change and heal.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Allow that breath,

Its natural ebb and flow,

Expanded in the front,

Side,

And back of your lungs and ribs.

You are settled and ready to listen and expand your wonder.

One Saturday,

He ate through one piece of chocolate cake,

One ice cream cone,

One pickle,

One slice of Swiss cheese,

One slice of salami,

One lollipop,

One piece of cherry pie,

One sausage,

One cupcake,

And one slice of watermelon.

That night though,

He had a stomach ache.

The next day was Sunday.

The caterpillar ate through one nice leaf and after that he felt better.

Now he wasn't hungry anymore and he actually wasn't a little caterpillar anymore either.

He was a big fat caterpillar.

He built a small house called a cocoon around himself.

He stayed inside for more than two weeks and then he nibbled a hole in the cocoon and pushed,

Pushed,

Pushed,

Pushed his way out and became a beautiful butterfly.

What we all want really is to be loved.

That craving sometimes drives our worst behavior.

Fear is the best sauce in the world.

Any attempt to restore a person's inner strength in the camp had first to succeed in showing them some future goal.

Is the longing for sweets really a yearning for love or sweetness?

To crave winning and fear losing instead of just doing.

To succeed,

You must remove your self-imposed limitations.

What are you hungry for?

What types of hunger do you know?

When are you hungry?

What satisfies you?

Bring it all forward.

Allow your desires to have a place at your table to feast on.

What do you crave?

And would that satisfy you?

Is the hunger in the mind?

Is your hunger in your heart?

Or is your hunger in your stomach?

Feel allow.

Conceive the distinction of your conscious culinary needs.

Taste them without chewing.

Digest them without swallowing.

Expand your hunger and sit at your table.

Your feast is ready waiting for you.

Love you.

Such a delight to end the evening with this track. You get to be reminded, that there is a little kid inside of you. So much that a gentle joy radiates throughout. The inquiry is just right for evening 💤. Lastly, there is time to simply... be. A lovely evening ritual💤💛💤
