Welcome to this guided meditation.

I want you to find yourself a comfortable position seated or laying on the floor and I want you to become aware of the support beneath you.

Allowing it to take your weight.

Aware that you are being fully supported right here right now in this moment.

Think about that for a moment.

The earth is supporting you right now in this moment.

Feel that support and then scan your body.

Let's see if you're holding on to anything and if you are let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

Let's take a few nice long slow deep breaths in and a few nice long slow exhalations out.

Inhaling and exhaling.

With every exhalation I want you to feel as if you can release a little more.

Let go a little more.

Surrender a little more.

Allowing everything that doesn't serve you to just melt off of you down into the earth to be recycled and renewed.

While continuing to feel the support of the earth beneath you I want you to sense and imagine all the energy within you and all around you.

The energy of nature and of every living thing.

And I want you to use your mind and imagination to feel unlimited.

Compressing all the energy together into one big bright sphere of light that you bring over the crown of your head.

Feeling that energy as it slowly moves down over the top of your head.

Relaxing the forehead.

Relaxing the eyes,

The cheeks,

The jaw,

The mouth.

Releasing the tongue.

Feeling this warm and healing light as it moves down the neck.

Warming and soothing as it moves down the arm,

Down into the hands.

Feeling this energy in the palms.

As your body relaxes your thoughts become weightless.

This warm and peaceful feeling slowly moves down to your chest and stomach.

Warming you.

Nourishing you.

Bringing you everything that you need as it slowly begins to flow through into your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your ankles and feet.

When you scan your body and you feel it as completely relaxed.

Completely calm.

So for a few moments just be,

Just be,

Just be.
