Hello beautiful,
I would like to invite you to a self-love meditation.
So begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space,
Ideally laying down where you can relax and let go.
Just listen.
Close down your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhaling through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
In a nice and slow and long exhalation through your mouth.
Take a moment to bring awareness to your body and maybe place your hands on your womb space and then breathe into your hands.
Feel the weight of your body on the surface.
Notice any tension or discomfort and allow it to melt away with each breath.
Now bring your attention to your heart center and I would like you to imagine a warm glowing radiant light from your heart and visualize this light expanding with each breath,
Filling your entire body with love and warmth.
And as you continue to breathe,
Repeat in your head these beautiful affirmations silently.
I'm worthy of love and happiness.
I accept myself fully and unconditionally.
I am enough just as I am.
I love and appreciate my body for all that does it for me.
I forgive myself for any mistakes.
I am deserving of love,
Respect and kindness for myself and others.
I choose to prioritize self-care and self-love in my life.
Allow these affirmations to resonate with you,
Embracing the truth of each word.
And if any negative thoughts or self-doubt arise,
Just acknowledge them without any judgment and let them go.
Returning your focus on your bodily sensations.
What is the temperature in the room?
How does it feel on your skin?
How does the inhalation feel?
What can you smell?
Allow yourself to be in your body for a moment.
And I want you to continue to breathe deeply into your hands on your belly and slowly exhaling,
Feeling the little tingling in your chest,
The love and acceptance for all your beautiful uniqueness.
And take this time to express gratitude for yourself and all that you are.
Feel the warmth of your body.
Like that beautiful snowflake,
Unique in the whole universe.
Feel the unconditional love and compassion flowing through each part of your body.
And slowly,
When you are ready,
I want you to start bringing some awareness back to your present moment.
Gently,
Start deepening up your breath.
Maybe wrap your fingertips together,
Feeling each breath.
Feel the unique ridges.
Maybe gently touch your belly,
Touch your chest,
Touch your heart.
Give yourself a squeeze,
Little hug,
Feeling the skin on the skin.
And before you stretch and open your eyes,
I want you to carry this feeling of self-love and acceptance.
Through your day.
And you can come back to this at any time you need.
