Feel the weight of your body being held.

The ground beneath you.

The quiet support that does not ask anything of you.

Let your breath arrive on its own.

In and out.

No adjustment needed.

Bring your awareness inward.

Not toward effort or thought.

Simply inward.

Notice the subtle field of feeling that is already present.

Whatever is here,

Let it belong.

Let attention soften into the body.

The warmth of the chest.

The depth of the belly.

The steady presence of the pelvis.

Nothing direct.

Nothing to move.

Just sensation.

Alive and intelligent.

Now imagine a gentle current of golden light.

It rests first in the lower body.

Creative,

Magnetic,

And grounded.

Let it remain there for a few breaths.

Without forcing or lifting.

Allow the same light to include the heart.

Not leaving the body.

Not rising away.

Simply expanding.

Pelvis and heart together in one field.

Now allow awareness to widen again.

To include the mind.

Not thoughts.

Just the mind.

Clarity without commentary.

Let the light form a quiet triangle of coherence.

Body,

Heart,

And mind in conversation.

Rest here.

Attraction does not need instruction.

It matures when it is not rushed.

Stay with the breath.

Let the nervous system settle into safety.

Notice the rhythm beneath the rhythm.

The breath beneath the breath.

Nothing to manage.

Just being.

Allow silence to deepen.

No guidance now.

Just presence.

And stay.

Stay with yourself.

If desire is present,

Let it be included.

If tenderness is present,

Let it be included.

If neutrality is present,

Let it be included.

Nothing is outside the circle.

Sense how attraction changes when it's not isolated.

How it softens.

How it steadies.

How it listens.

There's nothing to conclude.

This moment is enough.

Let yourself rest inside coherence.

When you're ready,

Begin to return.

Carry with you what has settled.

Not as an idea,

But as a felt knowing.

This is how intimacy matures.

This is how attraction becomes trustworthy.
