Sitting up nice and tall with your spine nice and straight.
String is lifting up from your pelvis all the way up through the top of your head.
Or if you prefer,
You may lay down in a comfortable position.
Here you go,
Come back.
Perhaps your bed.
Whatever makes you the most comfortable here.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.
And sigh it out through the mouth.
One more time,
Just like this.
Let your shoulders soften.
Your belly relax.
And let your hips sink heavy into the earth.
Allow yourself this moment.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
Just breathe.
Let's begin inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Nice and slow.
Finding the waves of the breath.
Now,
Bring your awareness just to the space below your navel.
This is the home of your sacral chakra,
Your inner river.
Here lives your creativity,
Your sensuality,
Your emotions,
Your flow.
Make another deep breath into this space.
And exhale any tension that lives there.
Beginning to breathe in a slow rolling rhythm.
Inhaling gently through the nose.
Feel your lower belly expand.
Exhale softly,
Letting the breath flow out like a wave returning to the sea.
Continuing this.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Continue a circular rhythm.
Each breath softens you.
Each breath reconnects you.
Feel your body as ocean.
Always moving,
Never forced.
With each inhale,
Imagine the breath as warm,
Golden,
Orange light filling your lower belly.
With each exhale,
That same light ripples outward,
Cleansing and releasing any stuck emotion,
Guilt,
Or stagnation.
Now,
See in your inner vision the orange river of light.
Swirling gently through your pelvis and lower belly.
This river flows effortlessly,
Clear,
Warm,
Alive.
With every breath,
It grows brighter.
It washes away shame,
Fear,
Old stories of control.
Or suppression.
The river doesn't judge.
It simply moves.
Allow yourself to float in its current.
You may feel tingling,
Heat,
Or emotion rising.
Welcome it all.
These are just ripples of energy finding their freedom.
You are safe to feel.
You are safe to flow.
Perhaps whisper softly to yourself,
I trust my emotions.
I am safe in my body.
I allow pleasure and creativity to move through me.
Now,
We'll add a sound.
The vibration of your sacral chakra.
WUNG.
V-U-N-G,
With a W at the beginning.
On your next exhale,
Let your voice gently hum this sound.
WUNG.
Feel it vibrating in your lower belly.
Again.
WUNG.
Let this vibration stir the waters inside you.
Continuing on your own,
Focusing on the vibration you're creating.
And if it feels good,
Allow your hips to move in small circles,
Or sway gently side to side.
Keep breathing nice and deep,
In and out,
Riding the waves.
There is no right or wrong way to move.
Let your body dance with the sound you're creating.
Let the river flow through movements,
Through sound,
Through feeling.
A couple more,
Just like this.
Feel what there is to feel.
Now,
Let your movement slow.
Let the mantra fade into silence.
As you come to stillness again,
Feel the warmth pulsing gently through your lower belly.
A steady glow of orange light.
This is your creative center.
Alive.
Fluid.
Open.
In this moment,
Whisper within.
I am the river.
I am the flow.
I am the sacred dance of life.
Take a few final breaths,
Long and deep.
Inhale the sweetness of your own aliveness.
Exhale gratitude into the space around you.
When you're ready,
Place your hands over your lower belly.
Feel the pulse of life beneath your palms.
Smile softly through your body,
Through your emotions,
Through this river within.
In your own time,
Gently open your eyes.
You have returned to the flow.
