I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-empowerment and personal growth.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
I have everything I need within me.
I choose where my time and energy go.
I practice patience.
I am resilient,
Powerful,
Soft,
Sweet,
And kind.
I am in control of my emotions.
I release the pressure of perfection.
I acknowledge I can learn from my mistakes and then let them go.
I choose possibilities over limitations.
I radiate warmth and positivity.
I am more than my anxieties.
I am open to new possibilities and growth and the beauty that unfolds each day.
I release control and I embrace the fact that I have the power to choose how I respond.
I remember how proud I am of myself.
I honor past versions of myself and I recognize the growth I've achieved.
I embrace new beginnings.
Even in uncertainty,
I trust that the universe is orchestrating opportunities for my growth and happiness.
I embrace and appreciate the beauty of my journey and the potential for growth.
I am capable of overcoming challenges and navigating uncertainties.

Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
