Greetings,
Inside timers.
This is Latoya Zavala,
Your coach and energy practitioner.
And it is my joy and my pleasure to usher you into your alignment,
Your purpose,
And your light,
So that you do not leave this earth without having experienced and enjoyed and then left your legacy.
Today,
We're going to embark on a pretty simple and easy grounding technique that you can use anytime,
Anytime you feel not grounded,
Anytime you feel stuck in your emotions or stuck in your head or stuck in stress or stuck in a cycle that's happening around you and in your environment.
This is a nice simple technique that you can use to really feel stable,
Feel secure,
Feel safe within your body and in your mind and to feel complete.
Please do not listen to this while you are driving or operating heavy machinery or doing something that requires your full focus and attention.
And let's begin.
If you're able and willing,
I invite you to breathe your eyes closed.
I invite you to call your energy back.
Maybe you are just taking some moments from work.
Maybe you're taking a few moments away from the family and the children.
I'd like you to take a few moments to call your energy back from the conversations that you may have been having throughout the day,
From concentration or effort that you have been giving to work,
Maybe meetings.
And just simply intend with me that your energy will come back into your space,
Into your body,
That your attention and your awareness comes back into your body,
Into your space.
I'd like you to take a nice deep breath in and release.
We'll do two more.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
As you release,
Feel your shoulders,
Your upper back fully relax and release.
Third one.
Deep breath in.
And this time as you release,
Breathe right into your feet.
Good.
Allow yourself to fall into a nice natural pace in your breath.
I'd like you to now bring your awareness to your feet.
And I'd like you to just send some gratitude to your feet for the weight that it carries,
For the weight that it carries,
The directions that they take you in,
The steps that they've taken into courageous and brave and risky spaces.
It's all the places that your feet have taken you.
Now I'd like you to imagine with me that there are roots,
Like plant roots,
Growing from your feet.
And allow them to grow into the crust of the earth.
And allow them to grow exactly how they want to grow,
Whether they're long and thin or they're thick.
Maybe there are many,
Many.
Maybe there are few.
Maybe they want to grow really,
Really deep.
Maybe they want to grow really,
Really wide.
And it may vary from day to day.
But just allow your intuition and your imagination to carry the roots the way that they want to grow today.
Visualize that these roots are growing into the earth and that they are finding a place in the earth to anchor themselves.
Allow them to feel that they have anchored themselves in the earth.
Your roots now feeling anchored,
Secure,
Stable,
Safe,
Nurtured,
And really rooted in Mother Earth.
Rooted in Mother Earth.
Your roots feel secure,
Safe,
Anchored,
Stable,
Safe.
Allow Mother Earth to do what she does unconditionally,
Non-judgmentally.
She sends light and love,
Acceptance,
Grace,
A nurturing sequence to your roots.
She embraces your roots.
She accepts your roots exactly the way that they are.
And she sends that warm,
Loving light up your roots.
Intended to carry that feeling of secure,
Safe,
Stable,
Accepted,
Unconditionally loved.
Now allow your roots to do what your roots naturally do.
To do what your roots are designed To do what your roots are designed to do.
They absorb that energy from the earth,
That warm light,
That unconditional love,
That acceptance,
That embrace,
That nurturing and caring.
Your roots are now allowing that energy to travel and travel and travel up the roots breaking ground and now into your feet.
Allow that warm light love energy to fill your feet right now from heel to toe tip and from sole right to the top of your feet.
Feel your feet filled with that stability,
That security,
That safety,
That feeling of being rooted and grounded.
And now answer the question,
What are you rooted and grounded in?
What is the belief?
What is the truth?
What is the conviction?
What is the idea that you choose to be rooted and grounded in,
In this very moment?
Now as you take a deep breath in,
Allow that energy from the earth,
From your feet,
To travel right up to the top of the crown of your head as you take the deep breath in.
And when you exhale,
Allow it to just fill every cavity of your body.
Ready?
Deep breath in and exhale releasing and expanding.
Feeling rooted,
Grounded,
Secure,
Safe,
And in your completeness.
Breathe your eyes open and continue your day with this beautiful feeling of unconditional love and acceptance.
