Hello,

I am Crystal Sylvester and welcome to Meditation Bites where we take a moment to relax and to center and to find a little piece of peace.

And so allowing yourself a moment here to let the breath drop deep into your belly.

Seeing if you can feel the cool of the inhale as well as the warmth of the exhale.

Allowing yourself to just relax as you allow the breath to flow in and out.

And as you center into this place,

We're going to allow the words,

I am enough,

Just as I am to gently wash over you.

And with each inhalation and exhalation,

Allow these words to sink deeper and deeper within.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

And as you draw in your next breath,

See and feel yourself drawing these words deep within and then feel them sinking into your belly.

I am enough,

Just as I am.

And as you prepare to come back to the surface,

Come back knowing that you are indeed enough,

Just as you are.

And now wiggling your fingers and toes,

Gently coming back,

Back to the surface.
