When you feel intense emotions like anger or anxiety, finding a way to release them quickly and healthily can be difficult to do. I've created a meditation specifically for these moments. Most of us tend to avoid sitting with these emotions, but this meditation is designed to help you shift and transform your energy quickly and hopefully bring you back to a more centered state.

Breathe in deep,

Bringing all your energy and focus away from your head and into your heart.

Just imagine breathing in green light to your heart.

You may feel your heart beating fast and hard.

Just simply allow yourself to lean into each heartbeat with each breath,

With love and compassion for your heart.

Breathe in that green light,

Calling on support and unconditional love and light to come around you and through you.

With your awareness,

Clearing any frustrations or anger or darkness.

Breathe in,

Visualizing blue and green lights.

Allow yourself to breathe out the heat through your mouth,

Releasing it all until you have completely deflated.

As you breathe in that blue and green light once again,

You allow yourself to see that your inhalation and exhalation will be blue and green.

Now that you have released frustrations,

The anger and the hurts,

You soon feel the sadness and pain rising up.

Breathe into your heart and feel that sadness as you release,

Breathing in deep and feeling that unconditional love and light that surrounds you.
