This little pause is a moment just for you.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Just let your body settle into what feels right for you.

Close your eyes if that feels nice,

Or simply soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Like you're smelling a flower.

And slowly breathe out through your mouth,

Like you're blowing out a candle.

Let's do that again.

Allowing it to spread all around you.
