Thank you for allowing me to guide you to settle in.

Build a simple joy of stopping.

This is your time to let go.

Your time to rest.

There is nothing to fix.

Nothing to do.

Today is done.

There is only this moment.

This breath.

This stillness.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in.

That's it.

Feel your body,

Nice and gently.

And breathe out.

Releasing everything you've been holding.

Excellent.

Breathe in.

Welcoming ease.

And breathe out.

Softening into rest.

Let your body become heavy.

Let yourself be held.

Try to breathe naturally and comfortably.

Bring your attention to your body.

Feel where you're still holding on.

Your jaws,

Your shoulders,

Your hands.

Gently invite them to release.

Breathing in,

I send kindness to my body.

And breathing out,

I soften and let go.

To let your forehead smooth.

Your jaw and clench.

Your shoulders drop.

Your arms rest easily at your sides.

Your hands relax completely.

That's it.

And your belly softens.

Your legs grow light.

Your feet sink into stillness.

There is no effort.

Only surrender to the rest.

So breathing in,

I fill my body.

Breathing out,

I allow it to rest.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathing in,

Smoothly and comfortably,

I fill my body.

Now breathing out fully and gently,

I allow it to rest.

Okay,

Now turn your awareness to your breath.

Not changing it,

Not forcing it.

Simply noticing the quiet rhythm of life moving through you.

So breathing in,

I feel the inhale.

Breathing out,

I release the exhale.

Okay,

Breathing in,

I truly feel the inhale.

And breathing out,

I truly release the exhale.

Each breath guides you deeper.

Each exhale dissolves tension.

There is nothing to hold on to.

No thoughts to chase.

Only the gentle rise and fall of the breath.

If the mind wanders,

Then it most likely will.

Simply return to this breath,

This moment.

So breathing in,

I follow my breath.

Breathing out,

I let go of all thoughts.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathing in,

Excellent,

I follow my breath.

And breathing out,

I truly let go of all my thoughts.

Letting the day drift away.

If there is anything left from today,

An unfinished task,

A lingering thought,

A worry about tomorrow.

Imagine placing it on a leaf in a quiet stream.

Watching it float gently away,

Carried by the current of time.

Breathing in,

I acknowledge the fall.

Now,

I let it drift away.

I acknowledge the fall.

Breathing out,

I let it drift away.

You are not your faults.

You are not your worries.

You are the quiet beneath them.

The stillness that remains.

So,

Breathing in,

I welcome rest.

Breathing out,

I release the day.

Breathing in,

I welcome rest.

Breathing out,

I truly release the day.

Now,

All that remains is silence,

Stillness,

The soft rhythm of your breath.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are at peace.

So,

Breathing,

Receiving calm.

Breathe out,

Surrendering completely.

Nothing to hold.

Nothing to figure out.

Only rest.

Sleep is here.

Good night.
