Welcome,

Dear one.

You've entered a sacred space of renewal,

A time to come home to yourself.

Begin by finding your resting position,

Perhaps lying in savasana,

Arms open beside you,

Palms facing up in a gesture of gentle receiving.

Allow your eyes to gently close,

Feeling the support beneath you,

The earth holding you unconditionally.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And a long,

Full exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale completely.

Notice the pause between breaths,

That tender space of stillness.

It's in that space where renewal begins.

Now,

Imagine a soft,

Golden light above your head,

The light of early morning sunlight.

It gently touches and warms the crown of your head,

And begins to move downward through your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw.

This golden light brings ease,

Softening the tension that gathers from sensing the world so deeply.

Let this warm light flow through your neck,

Into your shoulders.

With every exhale,

Your shoulders melt a little deeper into the earth.

The light travels down your arms,

To your fingertips,

Restoring the energy that gives and holds so much.

Now,

Bring awareness to your chest and heart space.

Breathe into this area.

Inhale renewal.

Exhale whatever needs to be released.

Picture yourself lying beneath an open winter sky,

Snowflakes gently falling.

The scent of snow and bonfire smoke.

Each falling snowflake represents something ready to be released.

An expectation,

A self-criticism,

Old tensions,

Energy that doesn't belong to you.

Any fragment of emotional weight,

Allow it to drop away,

Trusting that the earth knows exactly what to do with what you no longer need.

Now,

Shift your awareness down to your belly.

Feel it rise and fall with each breath.

Place a hand there if you'd like,

And another hand over your heart.

Feel the gentle movement beneath your palms.

Your own living rhythm,

Steady,

Wise,

And kind.

Your breath becomes a slow tide,

Coming in,

Going out.

Each wave restoring you and washing you clean.

If your mind begins to wander,

That's okay.

Notice the thought and return softly to your breath.

Like a snowflake slowly drifting back to the ground.

Now imagine your whole body surrounded by a soft,

Warm glow.

The same golden light that began at your crown.

It fills you completely,

Warming your heart,

Clearing your mind,

Restoring your spirit.

Stay in this glow for a few minutes,

Breathing slowly,

Allowing every part of you to renew.

On your next breath,

Feel the space within.

Open,

Quiet,

Peaceful.

You are returning to yourself.

When you're ready to return,

Begin by deepening your breath.

Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently stretch your arms overhead.

Take one final inhale,

And a long,

Complete exhale.

When you open your eyes,

Let this inner stillness come with you.

You are renewed.

You are whole.

You are home in yourself.

Namaste.
