This dancing meditation allows you an opportunity to change your state and get in touch with your body! We store our emotions inside, so it makes sense to move any stuck or stagnant energy! I hope you enjoy dancing as much as I do!

Welcome to this dancing meditation.

I invite you to stand up,

Close your eyes,

Take a nice big breath in through your nose,

Let it go.

And just start feeling the music.

Feel it as it moves through your body.

Maybe rocking your head back and forth,

Swaying side to side.

Now let's incorporate our arms.

Whatever feels good for you.

Maybe bending them,

Raising them in the air.

Just move around.

Dance as if no one is watching.

This moment is for you.

This time is for you to really get in touch with your body,

With your physical being.

Dancing helps to move any physical or emotional or mental baggage.

When we get in touch with our bodies,

With ourselves,

We are able to transmute and transcend anything that is not for us.

And as you keep moving,

Keep breathing.

Now I invite you to move your legs.

Dance.

Dance however feels good.

Good.

Big breath in.

Let it go.

Yeah.

Keep moving your body.

Changing your states.

Understanding that you can do this at any point during your day.

We are so lucky to have arms that move,

To have legs that move.

It's important to get up from the desk or get up off of the couch and remember that our bodies are made for moving.

Our bodies are made for dancing.

Good.

Keep going.

And if you notice yourself getting out of breath,

Just find your breath.

Big breath in through the nose.

Now in this moment,

I want you to keep moving your body but I want you to ask yourself,

What is it that I truly want?

What is it that I truly desire?

And move into your desires.

Dance into your life that you've always dreamt of.

We have the willingness to create what we want.

We have the ability to move how we want.

So stop limiting yourself.

This is your invitation to move more,

To laugh more,

To play more.
