A guided mindfulness practice exploring the four qualities at the heart of mindful dating. These are curiosity, compassion, connection and care led by Dr Alfrey. These four qualities, drawn from the author's own Dating Mindfully framework, are not techniques for dating successfully. They are ways of being, with yourself and with others, that create the conditions for something genuine. This practice is offered as a general wellbeing and mindfulness exercise by Dr Alfrey. In this practice you will: — Settle into a grounded, present state before exploring each quality — Work with curiosity turning genuine interest on your own inner experience — Practise compassion by meeting what you find with warmth rather than judgement — Explore connection beginning with yourself as the foundation — Sit with care as an honest enquiry into what you genuinely need This practice is suited to anyone who wants to bring a more intentional, psychologically-informed approach to dating.
