This is a moment to pause,
To come home to yourself,
Just as you are,
You don't need to be anyone else,
You don't need to fix or improve anything right now,
Simply breathe deeply and allow this to be enough,
Take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently,
Feel your body soften into this moment,
Allow your shoulders to relax,
Allow your jaw to unclench and allow your heart to relax,
Let your breath be soft,
A reminder that you are safe,
Present and human,
Now whisper inwardly,
I see you,
I accept you,
You are enough,
Allow these words to sink into your being like sunlight warming the earth after rain,
Imagine before you stands your younger self,
Your inner child,
See their eyes,
Their hope,
Their uncertainty,
Now gently place your arms around them,
Hold them with tenderness,
Tell them softly,
You don't have to be perfect,
You are loved exactly as you are,
Feel this love flow through you,
Melting judgment,
Dissolving stress and restoring peace,
As you rest in this embrace of compassion,
Sense your heart expanding with warmth and gentleness,
Carry this feeling with you,
The understanding that acceptance is not giving up,
It is finding freedom,
