Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your body to soften,
Your mind to quiet and your heart to open.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice any stress or discomfort and simply breathe into those areas.
With every exhale,
Release what no longer serves you.
With every inhale,
Invite warmth,
Light and healing.
Now,
Place your hand over your heart.
Feel the gentle beat,
The rhythm of life flowing within you.
This is your center of love,
Your inner sanctuary.
Visualize a soft,
Golden light radiating from your heart.
With each breath,
It grows brighter,
Filling your chest,
Spreading to your shoulders,
Arms,
Fingertips,
Flowing down your torso,
Your legs and your feet.
Every part of your body is bathed in healing light.
Silently repeat to yourself or simply feel the energy of these words.
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
I am worthy of health,
Happiness and peace.
I release fear and embrace love.
I forgive myself and set myself free.
Imagine this light expanding beyond your body,
Surrounding you completely and then expanding outward to touch the people around you.
Places and situations in your life.
See the love and healing you radiate returning to you tenfold.
Take a few more slow,
Deep breaths.
Letting the energy settle,
Feeling safe,
Supported and whole.
Know that every breath,
Every thought and every act of self-love contributes to your healing.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this sense of love,
Forgiveness and wholeness into your day.
You are healed.
You are whole.
And you are deeply loved.
