Eddie McGregor

Eddie is a mindfulness and meditation practitioner, and a lucid dream enthusiast with almost two decades worth of experience. After living through prolonged abuse as a child, Eddie faced several challenges during his early adulthood, including extreme anxiety, complex PTSD, and addictive behaviours. A chance encounter during his late twenties led Eddie onto the path of mindfulness and self-awareness, and began for him a forwards journey from which he has never looked back. Now in his late forties, Eddie has developed an array of mindfulness practices and meditations that bring inner peace, joy and harmony, even in the most challenging of times. His mission in life is to share some of these techniques with anyone who may wish to benefit from them, particularly those who may have had similar childhood experiences as himself. Eddie has a Diploma in Mindfulness & Positive Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and is currently studying for his BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Psychological Studies. He is a loving husband and father of three.
